What do you like best about Store Manager for Prestashop?

Easy to use once you've grasped the software, has drag and drop functions, import and export products and their combinations, features, images etc with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Store Manager for Prestashop?

Can struggle to find things sometimes as the UI can be abi clunky. It deletes the prices after adding new combinations and attributes to a product. Lets say i have all my combinations ready for one product but then i decide to add another attribute with alternative combinations to same product. My prices clear after the update. No MAC version, i use both windows and mac and have to resort to my desktop to use Prestashop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You are forced to pay 50$ each year to keep the software updated due to they are continuing updating the software and not backward compatible at all!

Hello Andrés.

Actually with each new version we improve stability and optimize SQL requests for large databases. In your case, since you used older version of the software, SQL requests were not recognized by your sql version (You or your hosting have updated it to the latest version that was not compatible with older version of our product). You should understand that version released in early 2015 cannot support MySQL updates released in 2016.

Also we cannot include the price of future update service in the initial product price as it will not be cost effective for customers (if we take into the account all future changes that will be implemented to support latest MySQL, Apache, PrestaShop versions and other changes). For this purpose SAAS services are offered with monthly fees that cover the ongoing development and updates.

For products with one-time payment (btw we offer discounts regularly so the price is lower than $349) those are unrealistic expectations to get latest versions with new improvements, fixes and updates free of charge lifetime.

The price of the update service offers access to latest version for 6, 12 or 24 months starting from the date of update purchase, so you can order update service when it is required only or when you're updating your server to the latest version or make changes to the shopping cart starting at approx. $10 per month.

We hope that you will proceed using our product and we will keep working on new features and updates further.

What do you like best about Store Manager for Prestashop?

- i didn't need to buy any aditional prestashop addons because prestashop manager has it all

- you can update multiple products with ease

- it works great on windows 10

- managing orders works like a charm

What do you dislike about Store Manager for Prestashop?

- it connects directly to the database. because of that, some API synchronizations installed on my website do not trigger and products from our partners websites are not being updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Store Manager for Prestashop?

This software offers great tools that aren't available in PrestaShop. Database and file back up and restore "including automated backup" Import and export wizard where you can import or export categories, products with full description and all options, images, tags and other stuff. What do you dislike about Store Manager for Prestashop?

What do you like best about Store Manager for Prestashop?

We were looking for a helpful tool for our Prestashop to better manage our products and especially to list products in the shop more quickly.

Additionally, the goal was to obtain an organized overview of all products. The problem with the Prestashop back office is that the server crashes when too many product combinations are created.

I downloaded the trial version of Prestashop Manager and I found it great! It is possible to manage your entire store from an offline application and import all my products via CSV file in no time.
