**What do you like best about Shopedge?**

I love the way Store Copilot digests data, which I consider the best part without a doubt. It has been awesome with pricing adjustments, analyzing campaigns, and effectively telling us where to scale budgets. It's allowed us to focus more on growth and push the budgets in the right direction. I also find it fascinating how it acts like an AI CMO, helping us get the best bang for the buck in sales campaigns and even when offloading inventory by analyzing all points and optimizing price points. Additionally, the easy setup, taking less than five minutes, has been impressive.

**What do you dislike about Shopedge?**

I mean, that's the thing. I really haven't had any negative experiences so far. It would be great if they had some sort of conversion rate optimization, but that's just a feature that they haven't added. And they probably will, just seems like a natural progression.

**What problems is Shopedge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Store Copilot gives us true insights from multiple sources, helping adjust pricing points, create effective campaigns, and analyze historical data. It simplifies analytics digestion and scales budgets effectively, allowing us to focus more on growth.

**What do you like best about Shopedge?**

it synthesizes data for my shopify store very easily. i can retreive data about my LTV, CAC & ads channel performance all in one go without checking GA4 or Analytics dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Shopedge?**

I need the Copilot to allow CSV exports of data and imports, in certain cases. the support team mentioned that it's on the roadmap.

**What problems is Shopedge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

breakdown data into action items without having the need to hire data experts or SME to interpret opportunities / red flags.
