**What do you like best about Stoplight?**

I encountered several technical issues, including bugs in the interface, inconsistencies in the visual editor, and performance problems. These made even basic tasks unreliable. More importantly, the support experience was poor. Responses were slow or unhelpful, and it felt like user feedback wasn’t being taken seriously.

**What do you dislike about Stoplight?**

The idea behind Stoplight is great, but the platform needs significant improvements in stability, usability, and customer support to be viable in a production workflow.

**What problems is Stoplight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

API design and documentation tool
