I like using Evergreen, because it helps us to be aware of all the good work we are doing as a team, and also to feel appreciated in the company, as we are all working towards the same goal and same values.

The part that I like the most, is the statistics, especially because knowing how many recognitions I have received and how many trees I have planted during a month makes me realize the great things I am doing and the actual impact I am making not only in my job but the world by compensating with my carbon offset.
