What do you like best about StoneShot?

The team has been fantastic at guiding us through our initial email sends and answering the multitude of questions that we have regarding the system. The product is simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StoneShot?

Some things are not set to default when they could be but this looks to be changing. Being able to drag and drop files rather than uploading them would be useful but I understand this is part of the development plan. Issues that are raised are dealt with or taken away for further discussion to find a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about StoneShot?

The most helpful feature of stoneshot is that it stores all the data and does not have any space issues. It keeps the complete history of communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StoneShot?

Creating templates is not easy and HTML format is not very convenient to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that it logs me out if I don't use it for a certain amount of time as it didn't use to and that I can't create my own bespoke registration forms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
