I'm quite new to StoneShot, but that doesn't matter. All you have to do is email SS and they are their to help. Patience of a saint, no question or issue is a problem, always ready to help. Currently we haven't seen any downsides, the platform is relatively user friendly, and in the instances we face any hurdles, we get very responsive support from our StoneShot contact.
