The team are brilliant, they provide real support to us and feel like an extension of our own team. We've been using the events tools for years now and whilst they weren't fully fit for purpose all that time ago, a lot of time has been spent to bring this side of the platform up to the same standard as the comms side. Setting events up is unnecessarily complex, and I need to refer back to notes constantly.
