It makes managing events and sending / tracking emails so much easier, and with such a professional look. Occasionally we might think of a feature that is missing that might be helpful, however, StoneShot regularly check in with us to ask for feedback, and there hasn't yet been any request that we have made denied - they always look into feasability of what we ask to see if it can be implemented. Managing events is far easier with Stoneshot - you can easily keep track of emails that have been sent out - and then you can see who has seen your emails / who has responded etc. and then target follow up emails depending on the data. Emails are also easier to send to large groups of people - and the features such as 'Don't send to any contacts who have received email in last few days' and 'Suppression lists' are great.
