I like all the functionality that StoneShot has. It makes managing events and sending / tracking emails so much easier, and with such a professional look. I haven't ever used a system as good as this one before, and the support provided is top tier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much to dislike. Occasionally we might think of a feature that is missing that might be helpful, however, StoneShot regularly check in with us to ask for feedback, and there hasn't yet been any request that we have made denied - they always look into feasability of what we ask to see if it can be implemented. I don't dislike anything. I think maybe the only thing I might change is that the list and view screens are quite customisable, and as a data nerd, it would be helpful to have a bit more detail available on the sandard views. StoneShot, I feel, can be guilty of trying to overcomplicate their product at times. They are always trying to innovate their product (which is admirable) but this also ,at times, comes at the expense of their core offering in terms of becoming slightly confusing. StoneShot is great to use. It's quick and easy to build our emails, especially when you have your own content blocks to work with. They are amazing to work with and have helped us develop and evolve our templates to ensure they follow best practice and deliver better email engagement rates and ensure event sign up is quick and easy. The user-friendly drag-and-drop feature has been extremely beneficial when creating templates. I like how easy it is to share test emails with colleagues before they are scheduled to be sent to our audience. The fact we're able to have all the data in one place and not have to use multiple platforms saves so much time. The customer service is also exceptional and response time is excellent.
