Stonebranch's ongoing innovation, especially in self-service features, enhances its usability, while its straightforward and digestible licensing model adds to its appeal. Overall, these features contribute to an effective and user-friendly experience. Additionally, Stonebranch's support structures, from consulting to cloud operations, are well-organized, providing a smooth initial setup and migration process that was well-coordinated on both sides. The product innovations coming from the Stonebranch product management team tend to be broadly applicable rather than tailored to SAP, and increasing attention to SAP-related processes could be beneficial. As Stonebranch expands in this area, offering a dedicated stack for SAP and related products might provide additional support.
