Stoked is peer-to-peer brand advocacy software for direct-to-consumer brands that sell high-ticket, high-consideration products like e-bikes, outdoor gear, saunas, and fitness equipment. Brands invite their happiest customers to become advocates. Shoppers find a nearby owner on an embeddable map and start a private conversation by SMS, email, or web chat. Contact details stay hidden on both sides. Owners answer the questions reviews can't, like "Will this fit in my garage?" or "How does it handle hills?" Brands manage everything from one dashboard: advocate enrollment, conversation tracking, rewards (points, cash, or experiences), and reporting that ties conversations to sales. Bunch Bikes drives 40% of its sales through advocate conversations and cut program admin time from 90 to 20 minutes a day. Setup is one script tag. Plans start at $99/month.
