"Really helpful and responsive staff"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Stockpress?

The people who work at Stockpress are great at getting back to you quickly if you have a problem or question which is really important when making sure everything runs smoothly and teams are using the software to their biggest advantage. I also asked a while back if automatic facial recognition was something that could be introduced and they took this feedback on and actually implemented it about a year later which has saved a lot of time for me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

Small thing, but would love it if the thumbnails had a smaller white rectangle with the name etc so you could see more of the image without clicking it. Also love the AI face recognition, but it doesn't always work for every single face, so any improvements to that would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

It means a lot to hear that our team has been helpful and responsive. When you’re rolling out a tool across a team, fast answers really matter, so we’re glad that’s been your experience.

We also love that you called out facial recognition specifically. The fact that you suggested it, and we were able to bring it to life in a way that saves you real time, is exactly how we want to build Stockpress — alongside our customers, not in isolation.

Thanks as well for the honest feedback on thumbnails and face recognition accuracy. Both are areas we’re actively improving, and it’s useful to hear how they impact your workflow in practice.

Finally, it’s great to hear how face recognition is helping with consent tracking and tagging. That’s a powerful real-world use case, and we’re glad Stockpress is making that process easier for you.

Thanks again for the kind words and constructive feedback — we’re excited to keep improving things with you.

"Stockpress is Criminally Underrated"
4/5
What do you like best about Stockpress?

My favorite part about Stockpress is the incredible and timely customer service. Ian and Jessica are so responsive and always want to make sure that they are helping me out. They even send video tutorials often, which is so appreciative. This is a big updrade from the DAM we were using previously, and it truly makes all the difference! I also like the general use of filters, and collection organizing. As someone who is using this platform daily, the UX design is very intuitive and everything is pretty easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

The biggest issue we have come across using Stockpress is regarding the upload links. I wish that there were upload templates with automatic tagging for when we have external users. This would save us a ton of time in terms of organization. I'm also so glad that they added on facial recognition, but there have been shortcomings. The other thing I would love is to have default sort settings that the user can set--such as defaulting to most recent files first for all users. With the way that we implemented our files from our previous DAM, they don't come in order for some reason. I'm also still getting used to searching for files--sometimes it works just as I want it to and sometimes it doesn't and I'm still trying to figure that out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

“Criminally underrated” might be our new favourite phrase — thank you for that.

We’re really glad Stockpress has felt like a genuine upgrade from your previous DAM, especially when you’re in it every day. Hearing that the UX, filters, and collections are working well — and that the platform feels intuitive to use — means a lot, because that’s exactly what we’re aiming for.

Thank you as well for the thoughtful (and very fair) feedback. The ideas around upload templates with automatic tagging, default sort settings, and search behaviour are all incredibly helpful, especially in real-world, high-volume setups like yours. Facial recognition has been a big step forward, and we know there’s still work to do there — particularly around consistency and accessibility. We really appreciate you calling that out so openly, and we take those considerations seriously.

And lastly, thank you for the kind words about our support. We genuinely care about making sure Stockpress works for you, not just in theory but in practice — so it’s great to hear that’s coming through.

We’re grateful to be part of your workflow and appreciate you taking the time to share such a thoughtful review.

"Love Stockpress"
5/5
What do you like best about Stockpress?

I need to store and share a lot of photos. I used Dropbox and it was such a pain. Stockpress has been a joy to use. It's easy for me to set it up so it's easy for my clients to use the visuals I create for them. Plus, the customer service is outstanding. I always get help if I need it, which is rare. I have no affiliation with Stockpress but I like to support good businesses providing a good product with good service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

I am hoping they add the ability to add tags to guest uploads. Then I can crowd source photos and videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Thank you for this — we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to write it.

Hearing that Stockpress has been a joy to use (especially after the Dropbox experience 😅) really means a lot. Making it easy to set things up once, and then confidently share visuals with clients, is exactly the kind of real-world use we build for.

We’re also grateful for the kind words about support — and even more so that you rarely need it. That’s probably the nicest compliment we can get.

Great call-out on tagging guest uploads too. Crowd-sourced content is a common use case we’re thinking about carefully, and feedback like this helps shape where we go next.

Thanks again for supporting what we’re building — it truly means the world to us.

"Great for Organizing Images, Search Needs Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Stockpress?

The best aspect has been the improved organization. Previously, my team kept all our old data on OneDrive, where it was quite cluttered. Stock press made it much easier to organize everything, and the search feature is especially helpful because it also considers context when looking for images. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

The search feature occasionally fails to provide the most relevant results. Although I was informed that it should improve over time, there are still times when it does not attempt to display similar results and instead presents unrelated images. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Thanks so much for sharing this — we really appreciate the thoughtful feedback.

It’s great to hear that moving away from OneDrive has made such a difference, especially when it comes to organizing your image library and managing access for new team members. Giving teams a clearer, more dependable way to store and use their files is exactly why Stockpress exists, so it’s lovely to hear that part has landed well for you.

We also appreciate the honest callout on search. While it already takes context into account, we know there are times when results don’t surface quite as helpfully as they should. Improving relevance and consistency there is something we’re actively working on, and feedback like this genuinely helps guide those improvements.

Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review — we’re really glad Stockpress has made managing and finding your images feel more manageable day to day.

"Fast, Flexible and Great Price"
5/5
What do you like best about Stockpress?

We tested a lot of tools for asset management and most of the reasonably priced tools lacked features and we're far too slow to be useful. Our creators needed lightning fast loading of images and videos when scrolling though assets otherwise the tool becomes a drag on their work rather than a partner in it. Stockpress was a huge game changer for us. It has a great feature set including assets belonging to multiple collections, versioning of an asset, among many others, but what what really grabbed us was the speed. Images and videos load instantly and are ready for review as fast as we need them. We never wait any more and we can review assets much faster allowing us to get more of our raw content reviewed and into production faster. This kind of performance usually costs a lot more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

I cannot think of anything I'm unhappy with. It's the tool I would have created if I was going to create a DAM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Thank you — this is an incredibly thoughtful review, and we really appreciate the time you put into it.

Speed was a non-negotiable for us from day one, so hearing how much of a difference instant image and video loading has made to your creators’ day-to-day work is exactly what we hoped for. A DAM should support momentum, not slow it down, and it’s great to hear Stockpress feels like a partner rather than a blocker.

We’re also glad the flexibility around collections, versioning, and feature depth is hitting the mark — especially given the trade-offs you saw elsewhere at similar price points.

And that last line genuinely made our day. Knowing Stockpress feels like “the tool you would have created yourself” is about as high a compliment as we could hope for. Thanks again for sharing your experience — we’re excited to keep building at the same pace you work.

"Simple, organised asset sharing made easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Stockpress?

Stockpress has been a really valuable tool for keeping everything organised for our dealer network. It’s super easy to manage assets internally, and just as easy for dealers to find and download what they need without any confusion. The onboarding process was smooth and straightforward, which meant we were up and running quickly. On top of that, the customer service has been excellent - responsive, helpful, and genuinely supportive whenever we’ve had questions. Overall, it’s made managing and sharing assets far more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

If anything, some features could benefit from further refinement over time, but overall the platform works well for our needs and continues to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Thanks so much for sharing this — we really appreciate you taking the time.

It’s great to hear that Stockpress has made managing and sharing assets across your dealer network feel clear and straightforward. Making it easy for both internal teams and external partners to find the right, approved files without confusion is a big part of what we set out to solve, so it’s lovely to hear that’s working well for you.

We’re also glad the onboarding felt smooth and that you were able to get up and running quickly. And thank you for the kind words about support — being responsive and genuinely helpful is something we care deeply about.

We appreciate the note on refinement too. We’re always improving things based on real-world use, and feedback like this helps keep us focused on what matters most.

What do you like best about Stockpress?

Intuitive, easy-to-use platform that can be customized to suit a variety of needs. Accessing files within Photoshop is very convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

Nothing! I do have wishlist features, such as Finder integration and AI alt text generation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Thank you for such a considered review — we really appreciate it.

Designing Stockpress to feel intuitive out of the box, while still being flexible enough to adapt to different ways of working, has always been important to us. It’s great to hear that balance is landing well, especially without the need for a dedicated in-house team to manage it.

We’re also glad the Adobe workflow is proving useful. Being able to access files directly in Photoshop and move quickly between creation and review is exactly the kind of everyday friction we want to remove.

Thanks as well for sharing your wishlist items. Finder integration and AI-generated alt text are both areas we’re actively thinking about, and feedback like this helps us prioritize what’s most valuable.

Really appreciate the kind words about collaboration — we love building alongside our customers, and it means a lot to hear that comes through.

"Very great digital asset management software"

What do you like best about Stockpress?

I like the tools that allow for users to organize their assets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

Uploading photos could be a faster process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

It's great to hear that Stockpress is helping your team organize your company's photo library more effectively. One of the biggest challenges with growing asset collections is maintaining structure as content accumulates, so it's good to know the organizational tools are helping make that process easier.

We also appreciate the feedback on upload speed. Uploading is such a fundamental part of the asset management experience, and it's an area we're always looking to improve. Insights like this help us understand where we can continue to make the platform more efficient for teams working with large volumes of content.

At the end of the day, helping teams organize, find, and manage their assets more efficiently is exactly what Stockpress is designed to do, so we're pleased to hear it's delivering value for your organization.

Thanks again for the review and for being a Stockpress customer.

"Super easy to use and easy to share content with internal and external teams."

What do you like best about Stockpress?

having really clear collections on the side which makes filing super easy. and also finding content! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

would love to know how to share images from multiple collections/folders. it seems to deselect when i move from collection to collection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Really glad to hear this — thank you for sharing it.

It’s great to hear the collections structure is helping make both organizing and finding content easier. When teams can file things quickly and reliably find them again later, the whole system starts to feel much more useful day-to-day.

We also appreciate the feedback around sharing assets across multiple collections. That’s a really helpful workflow insight, and exactly the kind of detail that helps us continue refining the experience.

And your point on cost matters a lot too. Giving teams a platform that feels modern, collaborative, and easy to use — without the pricing pressure of many traditional DAM systems — is something we care deeply about.

Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review — we’re really glad Stockpress is helping your team share content more easily across both internal and external groups.

What do you like best about Stockpress?

Stockpress' support team is incredible. They are quick to respond and offer real hands on help. This truly sets them apart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

There are some small and random glitches but it is not common. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

What really stood out in your review is that you started with support before you mentioned the product.

Software is important, but when teams are managing thousands of valuable assets, knowing there's a responsive team behind the platform matters just as much. We're grateful for your kind words, and we'll continue working hard to provide the level of support you've experienced.

It's also great to hear Stockpress is helping you solve what is often the biggest challenge for growing content libraries: finding the right file quickly. Organizing content is only half the battle. The real value comes when people can confidently search, discover, and access exactly what they need without wasting time hunting through folders or asking colleagues for help.

We appreciate the note about the occasional glitches as well. No platform is perfect, and feedback like yours helps us continue improving the experience with every release.

Thank you again for the review and for choosing Stockpress. It's fantastic to hear we're helping make managing a diverse content library simpler for your team.
