"Kicking ourselves for not finding Stockpress sooner"

What do you like best about Stockpress?

Super responsive support, onboarding, SSO setup. Transitioning from another DAM was a breeze. Ian and his team help where needed and leave you on yr own rather than sending myriad upselling emails like other products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

For workflow purposes, it would be great to have a Lightroom plugin. But that's not a dealbreaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review.

Making the move from one DAM to another can feel like a bigger project than anyone wants it to be, so it's great to hear the transition, onboarding, and SSO setup all went smoothly.

We're also pleased that you've found the balance between getting support when you need it and having the freedom to get on with things when you don't. Our goal has always been to help teams succeed with Stockpress, not create more noise around it.

Thanks as well for the Lightroom plugin suggestion. We know many creative teams have workflows that start long before assets reach a DAM, so feedback like this is always valuable.

What really stood out to us was your point about SSO. We often hear from teams that they need enterprise-level requirements such as SSO, but don't necessarily want the complexity, implementation effort, or cost that can come with traditional enterprise platforms. It's great to hear Stockpress was able to provide that balance for your organization.

Thanks again for the review and for choosing Stockpress.

What do you like best about Stockpress?

Stockpress has been a great addition to our workflow. It has made managing and sharing assets much more efficient, giving our team easy access to the latest approved content in one centralized location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

Not much to complain about but maybe simplifying the upload process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

It's always rewarding to hear when Stockpress becomes a meaningful part of a team's everyday workflow, so thank you for sharing this.

We're delighted to hear that having a centralized place for approved content is helping your team work more efficiently. One of the biggest challenges for growing organizations is making sure everyone can quickly access the right assets without second-guessing whether they're using the latest version, so it's great to know Stockpress is helping solve that.

We also appreciate the feedback on the upload experience. Uploading assets is one of the most important moments in any DAM workflow, and we're always looking for ways to make that process even more intuitive and efficient.

And hearing that Stockpress is saving your team time, improving collaboration across departments, and helping your business move faster is exactly the kind of outcome we hope to create. When teams spend less time managing content and more time using it, everyone benefits.

Thank you again for the review and for making Stockpress part of your workflow. We truly appreciate your support.

What do you like best about Stockpress?

Stockpress has been a great tool for our team. It gave us one organized place to house all of our brand assets, which has made life much easier for both our internal team and customers who need quick access to updated images and materials. It’s helped streamline how we share content and keeps everything feeling more organized and professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

Honestly, very little to dislike. Our experience has been positive overall, and any questions or small issues we’ve had were handled quickly by their support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Thanks so much for sharing this — “one organized place” is exactly what we hope Stockpress can be for teams managing lots of moving pieces. It’s great to hear Stockpress is helping both your internal team and your customers get to the right assets faster, while making sharing feel more organized and professional.

We also really appreciate your note about support. Questions and small issues come up with any software, so hearing our team has been responsive means a lot.

And your point about reducing back-and-forth and helping keep materials current gets to the heart of it. Less time chasing files, more confidence everyone is working from the latest version — that’s a big part of the value we want teams to feel every day.

Thanks again for the recommendation and for taking the time to leave a review. We’re grateful to be part of your process.

"Stockpress is easy to use and competitively priced."
5/5
What do you like best about Stockpress?

It is much more economical than our last photography/video asset tool. It is easy to share photography with media, the organizational aspects of Stockpress are solid, and it is efficient for photographers to upload photography. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

When sharing photography by setting a link, it is difficult to tell if the link is valid, as the tool does not seem to store and then show the link again after it was first requested. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

We love this - Thank you!

It’s especially good to hear Stockpress is delivering value compared to your previous tool. Making something more economical and easier to use is exactly the balance we’re aiming for, so it’s great that’s coming through.

We’re also glad to hear sharing photography with media and supporting photographers with uploads is working well. Those day-to-day workflows are where Stockpress should really make a difference.

Thanks as well for the feedback on share links. That’s a helpful callout, and visibility around links is an important part of the sharing experience — exactly the kind of detail we want to keep improving.

And your use case sums it up nicely: a reliable place to store and share video and photography, without added friction.

Really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review — it’s great to have you using Stockpress.

What do you like best about Stockpress?

It is easy to use and understand, no real learning curve. I like that I can make copies to have the same folders in different collections and it is easy to share links to external users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

The only issue so far is that it can be a bit slow when uploading or moving files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

One of the things we hear most often from customers is that they simply want one place where everyone can find the latest approved content. Reading that Stockpress has become that central hub for your creative assets is fantastic to hear.

Affordability is certainly important, but we're especially pleased that it's helping your team do much more than simply store files. Organizing content, making it easy to discover through search, and giving everyone a reliable place to access approved assets are all just as important as where those files live.

We also appreciate your feedback around upload performance. Upload speed is naturally influenced by a number of factors, including file sizes and local internet connectivity, but we know every second counts when you're working with large creative libraries. That's why we're continually investing in performance improvements to make uploading and managing content as fast and seamless as possible.

Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review. We're delighted Stockpress is helping your team keep all of your creative work organized, accessible, and ready whenever it's needed.

"Stockpress Makes Company Asset Storage Simple and Hassle-Free"
5/5
What do you like best about Stockpress?

Stockpress has been a great tool for storing all of our company assets, including photos, videos, and informative PDFs. "Stockpress has been an intuitive, time-saving way to organize and share our digital assets."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Stockpress?

Stockpress has been a really helpful tool for organizing and sharing our digital assets, both internally and for marketing. Having everything in one clear, accessible place has saved us time and reduced a lot of friction in our workflow. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, which made adoption simple. Ian and Jessica have also been incredibly attentive and supportive, especially when we were first setting things up and needed help organizing files and processes. Overall, it’s been a solid, dependable system that’s made our work easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

Occasionally thumbnails don’t render as expected, and as a newer platform there are a few small workflow quirks still being refined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Thanks so much for taking the time to share this — we really appreciate it.

It’s great to hear that Stockpress has helped bring your digital assets into one clear, accessible place and taken some of the friction out of your day-to-day work. Making things intuitive and easy to adopt (without a heavy setup phase) is something we care a lot about, so it’s lovely to hear that landed well for your team.

We also really appreciate the honest feedback on thumbnails and the few workflow quirks. As a newer platform, that kind of input genuinely helps us keep improving — and we’re actively refining those areas as we go.

Thanks again for the thoughtful review and for trusting Stockpress as part of your workflow. It means a lot to us.

"Great for small organisations"
5/5
What do you like best about Stockpress?

Stockpress has elevated the way we store our photos. As a small organisation we are often time poor and need systems that simplify our processes, which is exactly what Stockpress has done. Would also like to thank Ian for being as helpful as possible throughout the whole process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

We found it can be difficult to navigate initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

This review gets to something we hear from a lot of smaller teams: when you're short on time, every process needs to earn its place.

One of the reasons we built Stockpress the way we did is because smaller organizations often don't have dedicated librarians, DAM managers, or large operations teams. They need systems that help them get to what they need quickly, without creating more work in the process. It's great to hear Stockpress is helping simplify things for your team.

We're also pleased that searchability is delivering value. Being able to find the right image based on a keyword, campaign, person, or topic is often what transforms a photo library from a storage location into a genuinely useful resource.

We appreciate your feedback on navigation as well. Interestingly, we've seen similar comments from some first-time DAM users, particularly during the initial onboarding period. Moving from folders and shared drives to a more structured and searchable content library can take a little adjustment, but we're always looking for ways to make that transition feel as intuitive as possible.

And thank you for the kind words about the support you've received. Helping customers succeed is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

We're delighted Stockpress is helping your team spend less time searching for photos and more time putting them to work.

What do you like best about Stockpress?

Love how easy it is to upload, tag, and FIND what you're looking for! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

Cost (if I have to pick something, although I believe this is reasonable) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Thank you so much for this — “upload, tag, and find” is pretty much the flow we think about every day, so it’s great to hear that’s coming through clearly for you.

We also appreciate the honest note on cost. Even when it feels reasonable, it’s important to us that teams feel they’re getting real value in return — especially when it comes to saving time and making content easier to use across the organization.

And your example really brings it to life. Going from hours spent searching for the right image to being able to find it in seconds is exactly the kind of shift we hope to create. When everyone is contributing to one place and tagging is easy to keep up with, the whole system starts to work for you.

Thanks again for taking the time to share this — we’re really glad Stockpress is helping your team stay connected and move faster.
