"Exactly what we needed"
5/5
What do you like best about Stockpress?

I really appreciate how easy it is to use and how quickly our team was able to get comfortable with it. Implementation was effortless because the platform is so intuitive to use. The customer support has been especially impressive (thanks Jess and Ian). They’re always quick to respond and very helpful. We investigated other DAMs but Stockpress stood out as the best for all of our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

There isn’t much I dislike so far. Anything that has come up has been minor and resolved quickly. And, honestly, the things that have come up were on my wish list and Stockpress accommodated everything I asked for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Thanks so much for taking the time to share this — it really means a lot to us.

Making Stockpress easy to get started with (and easy to stick with) has always been a big part of what we care about, so it’s great to hear your team felt comfortable quickly and that implementation felt effortless. That’s exactly what we aim for.

We also really appreciate the kind words about support — we’re glad we could help along the way, and it’s lovely to hear we stood out when you were comparing other DAMs.

Bringing thousands of photos into one place and making them genuinely easy to find is a huge win, so we’re pleased Stockpress is doing the job there. Thanks again for the thoughtful review — we’re excited to keep building alongside you.

"Responsive Team, Flexible Platform, and a Great WordPress Plugin"
5/5
What do you like best about Stockpress?

I love how responsive they are to our questions and requests. They have made adjustments to their platform to meet our needs. We also love the WordPress plugin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

I'm hard-pressed to think of something I don't like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

It's especially rewarding to hear that the responsiveness of our team stands out. We spend a lot of time talking with customers about how they work, so when those conversations turn into improvements that make a real difference, that's a win for everyone.

We're also delighted to hear the WordPress plugin is proving valuable for your team. One of our goals is to make sure content flows smoothly between the places it's managed and the places it's published, without creating extra work along the way.

What really stood out in your review was the point about Alt Text and accessibility compliance. That's such an important use case, and one that goes far beyond simple asset management. Being able to manage accessibility metadata once and have it carry through into WordPress helps teams maintain consistency, save time, and support compliance requirements with confidence.

Thank you again for the review and for trusting Stockpress with such an important part of your content workflow. It's great to hear the platform is helping your team in a meaningful way.

"Lightweight, easy to use DAM with Excellent support"

What do you like best about Stockpress?

The dynamic filtering has been especially helpful for organizing and finding assets quickly. Their support team has also been very responsive and helpful, especially throughout our migration process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

I do not have any major dislikes at this point Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Your comment about keeping approved content organized, searchable, and accessible really gets to the heart of why many teams come to Stockpress in the first place. As content libraries grow, making sure people can quickly find the right asset—and trust that it's the latest approved version—becomes increasingly important.

It's great to hear the dynamic filtering is helping your team navigate and organize assets more effectively. Features like that are designed to make large libraries feel manageable, without adding complexity to the experience.

We're also pleased that your migration went smoothly. Moving content from one system to another can often feel like a daunting project, so helping teams get set up and comfortable quickly is something we put a lot of focus on.

And your point about reducing duplicate storage and helping teams use the right materials is an important one. Good asset management isn't just about storing content; it's about creating clarity around what should be used, by whom, and when.

Thanks again for the review and for choosing Stockpress. We're delighted to be supporting your team.

"Complete DAM. There is nothing you would need more."

What do you like best about Stockpress?

Stockpress makes it easy to organize, find, and manage visual assets in one place. I also like that it saves time for the whole team by keeping files accessible and consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

Some parts of the interface could feel more intuitive, especially when managing larger folders or many assets. I would also appreciate more flexibility in customization and faster navigation between files. It loads for about 1-2 sec each time I change folder and makes it difficult to work fast throughtout multiple files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and share your experience.

We're delighted to hear Stockpress is helping your team organize, find, and manage visual assets more effectively. One of the biggest benefits of having a centralized content library is making sure everyone is working from the same approved assets, so it's great to know that's helping save time across your team.

We also appreciate the feedback on navigation and performance when working through larger libraries. As content collections grow, speed and usability become even more important, and comments like yours help us identify where we can continue improving the experience. We know that even small delays can add up when you're reviewing large numbers of assets, and creating a faster, more seamless workflow is something we continue to focus on.

It's also great to hear that Stockpress is helping solve the challenge of organizing and sharing product files with others. Making content easy to access, easy to trust, and easy to distribute is exactly what we aim to help teams achieve.

Thank you again for the feedback and for choosing Stockpress. We genuinely appreciate it.

"Modernized Our Content Organization"
5/5
What do you like best about Stockpress?

I love the face ID feature in Stockpress because it makes sorting photos and videos by subject so much easier and saves our communications team a lot of time. It allows us to quickly find photos of people in one search, and once it identifies a person, it continues to find that person, reducing the need for manual tagging. Also, the initial setup of Stockpress was so easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

Uploading assets can be a little time-consuming to do correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Thank you so much for sharing this — “modernized our content organization” is a great way to put it.

It’s great to hear the face ID feature is making such a difference for your team. Being able to find people quickly without relying on manual tagging is exactly the kind of time-saving we hope to deliver, especially for communications teams working with large volumes of photos and videos. And we’re really glad the initial setup felt easy — getting started shouldn’t be a heavy lift.

We also appreciate the feedback on uploading. That’s a really important part of the experience, and it’s helpful to hear where things can feel a bit more time-consuming than they should.

And your point about moving away from complex folder structures toward something more searchable is spot on. When assets are easier to organize and find, everything else tends to move a bit faster.

Thanks again for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review — we’re really glad Stockpress is helping your team.

"Affordable and easy-to-use digital asset management"
5/5
What do you like best about Stockpress?

We've been using Stockpress for just over a year and switched from a different DAM system that had raised its price and was no longer in our budget range. I researched different DAM tools and decided on Stockpress because it met our needs and was affordable. Stockpress allows us to easily store and organize our photography/videography archives, set up accounts for contract photographers/videographers to upload directly to our Stockpress account, set up accounts for staff members to access photography, and share photography with the public, media, etc. with password protected links. Stockpress has been a valuable tool for us at the right price and we look forward to continuing to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

There's nothing I currently dislike about Stockpress. Everything has been working great for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Thank you for such a thoughtful review — we really appreciate you sharing this.

It’s great to hear that Stockpress hit the right balance of features and affordability for your team, especially after pricing changes elsewhere. We built Stockpress to be genuinely usable without enterprise pricing, so feedback like this really matters.

We’re also glad the workflows around contract photographers, staff access, and public/media sharing are working well for you. Making it easy to collaborate with external creators and confidently share assets with the right people is exactly what Stockpress is designed for.

And hearing that everything has been working smoothly over the past year is the best feedback we could ask for. Thanks again for choosing Stockpress — we’re excited to keep supporting your team as you grow.

"I would recommend it for sharing documents and other assets. Not recommend it for a style guide."
3.5/5
What do you like best about Stockpress?

How easy it is to share content with each other Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

There are not many features, and I don’t find the user experience very intuitive. Unfortunately, it is not designed for style guides. But for the time being it is oke :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for sharing such thoughtful feedback.

We're pleased to hear Stockpress helped your team through what sounds like a significant migration project. Moving content quickly is rarely easy, and it's great to know the platform helped provide a central place to organize and share assets during that transition.

We also appreciate your comments around Custom Pages. One of the things we love about them is the flexibility they provide, and it's fantastic to hear you were able to use your HTML knowledge to create experiences that worked for your team.

Your feedback around style guides is particularly valuable. While Stockpress is widely used for organizing, managing, and sharing content, we recognize there is an opportunity to provide a stronger experience for teams looking to deliver more structured brand and style guide experiences. This is an area we're actively investing in, with significant enhancements planned for both Brand Guides and Custom Pages later this year.

Ultimately, our goal is to help teams not only manage their assets, but also make it easier to present, distribute, and govern them in ways that support their brand.

Thank you again for the feedback and for choosing Stockpress. Reviews like this help us continue improving the platform in meaningful ways.

"Creative Services Manager"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Stockpress?

really easy to search for things, easy to customize. I like that I am able to set permissions to ensure only teams have access only to what they need, most importantly the customer service is unparalleled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

I personally found this straightforward but I am familiar with DAMs. But, it seems to have a bit of a steep learning curve. When I need to onboard colleagues they are often a bit overwhelmed / confused. This is a minor problem for me because I do occasionally need to get people on here who are less technologically fluent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Thank you for taking the time to share this — we really appreciate it.

It’s great to hear the search experience, customization options, and permissions are working well for your team. And your comments about customer service mean a lot to us, as helping customers get the most out of Stockpress is something we care deeply about.

We also appreciate the thoughtful feedback on onboarding. One thing we've learned is that many people come to Stockpress after years of working with folders, shared drives, and traditional file-sharing tools, so there can sometimes be a short adjustment period as teams adopt a more structured and searchable way of managing assets. While many customers tell us they get up and running quickly, it's important to us that every user feels confident from day one, regardless of their level of technical experience.

Feedback like yours helps us continue improving onboarding, guidance, and the overall user experience so that getting started feels as intuitive as using the platform itself.

And it's great to hear Stockpress is helping you manage and share assets across different teams and use cases with confidence. Making it easy for the right people to access the right content is exactly what we're aiming for.

Thanks again for the review.

"Affordable Storage That Delivers Great Value"
5/5
What do you like best about Stockpress?

Affordable and good storage for the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

Would be great if there were more ways to organize things Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Affordability is certainly important, but we're especially pleased to hear you're finding value beyond simply storing your creative assets.

Our goal has always been to help teams do more than just keep files in one place. Whether it's organizing campaigns, making content easier to find, sharing approved assets with colleagues and partners, or ensuring everyone is working from the latest version, we want Stockpress to become the place your team trusts for its content—not just where it lives.

We also appreciate the feedback around organization. As content libraries grow, giving teams even more flexibility in how they organize and navigate their assets is something we're continually investing in, so comments like yours are incredibly valuable.

Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review. We're delighted Stockpress is helping your team keep all of your creative work organized, accessible, and ready whenever it's needed.

"Unmatched value"

What do you like best about Stockpress?

Before Stockpress, we had no way to search, track, or manage our visual assets, which were scattered across multiple systems. Stockpress has given us the opportunity to build a centralized library (at an affordable price)! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

There's room for UX improvement; and functionally, it would help us to be able to create relationships between assets. (E.g., connecting a photo release to assets based on facial recognition.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

One of the things that stood out most in your review was the phrase "we had no way to search, track, or manage our visual assets." That's exactly the point where many organizations realise they've outgrown shared drives and disconnected storage.

We're especially pleased that Stockpress has helped you build a centralized library without the enterprise-level price tag. We firmly believe that powerful Digital Asset Management shouldn't be reserved for organizations with enterprise budgets, and it's incredibly rewarding to hear that this has made such a meaningful difference for your nonprofit.

Your suggestion around creating relationships between assets is a great one too. Being able to associate items such as model or photo releases with the images they relate to would create an even richer content management experience, particularly for organizations where governance and permissions are just as important as findability. We really appreciate you sharing that idea.

Thank you again for the review and for trusting Stockpress with your visual archive. Knowing we've been able to help your team achieve capabilities that previously felt out of reach is something we're incredibly proud of.
