I find the forecast manager of StockIQ very easy to work with, especially for making model adjustments without having to use manual buckets, which streamlines the process. I also like that the algorithms are straightforward to alter and generally follow expected patterns. I would like to see the 'tournament' algorithm better explained. That was pushed on us to use in 2025, but then early in 2026 we were told that was still in testing phase. I have discovered if you have a sporadic item that you often don't sell for months at a time, once it hits 3 months of no sales, tournament automatically picks rolling average 3 and sets the forecast to 0, even when this is an item you regularly sell once every 4 to 8 months.
