"Transforms Inventory Management with Clear Visibility"
5/5
What do you like best about StockIQ?

I find StockIQ to be a very reliable MRP system that gives me better visibility into inventory levels, sales activity, forecasts, open purchase orders, and potential stock-out risks. This helps in supporting inventory planning and purchasing decisions. I also appreciate that it allows me to investigate the reason behind an inventory issue instead of just showing that a problem exists. What I like most about StockIQ is the level of visibility it provides into inventory and demand, making it easier to identify issues early and take action before they affect product availability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StockIQ?

I wish there was a line for locked forecasts so we can see how askew it went. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Elisa Ma of StockIQ

Hi Daniel, thank you for your thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear that StockIQ has been a reliable partner that has supported your business across multiple fields, such as increasing visibility into your inventory, demand, and purchasing decisions and identifying/addressing potential issues before they impact product availability.

Appreciate your suggestion about adding a locked forecast line for easier comparison and will pass along your input to the team!

"Cuts Weekly Planning Busywork with Smart, Clear Item Overviews"
4/5
What do you like best about StockIQ?

There’s less busywork I need to do now when planning my week. It does a lot of the thinking for me and lays out all the important information I need to review each item. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StockIQ?

I can’t save my work and come back to it. For example, when I’m planning for a specific warehouse, I can’t save my progress where I’m at. If I need to pick it up the next day, I have to start from scratch and remember where I left off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Elisa Ma of StockIQ

We're so glad to hear that StockIQ has helped reduce the manual work involved in your planning process and made it easier to focus on the information that matters most. That's exactly the kind of experience we're striving to create.

Thank you also for sharing your suggestion about saving progress while planning. We can see how that functionality would make it much easier to pick up where you left off, and we appreciate you highlighting this opportunity for improvement.

"Very User-Friendly, with Tons of Helpful Tutorial Classes"
4/5
What do you like best about StockIQ?

It is very user friendly and they have tons of tutorial classes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StockIQ?

I think if there was one thing that I could change, it would be the downtime it needs to refresh. For my particular business, we do a midday refresh, and it used to take just under an hour to do this, but now it seems to take roughly an hour and 15 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Elisa Ma of StockIQ

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! We're delighted to hear that StockIQ has been easy to use and that our tutorial classes have helped you get the most out of the platform.

We understand how important refresh times are to your workflow, and feedback like this helps us identify opportunities to improve performance and minimize downtime.

Would be great to be able to carry out scenarios across BOM explosions in scenario planning, It is feasible in normal planning operations but in modeling based changes views can become siloed by SKU. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Actionable Forecast Accuracy Insights with StockIQ"
4/5
What do you like best about StockIQ?

What I like best is how StockIQ makes forecast accuracy visible and actionable - the forecast manager's visualization tools let me quickly spot where assumptions are drifting from actuals, which makes it much easier to flag gaps and risks before they hit S&OP discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StockIQ?

The inability to have multiple demand series available in the Forecast Analysis section Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts Planning Accuracy, Needs User-Friendly Navigation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about StockIQ?

I really appreciate StockIQ for its clear visibility into demand and inventory positions, which improves planning accuracy, saves time, and supports better collaboration between supply, demand, and procurement teams. It helps me identify potential risks early and supports proactive, data-driven planning, aligning decisions with business priorities. I find its demand forecasting, inventory planning, and purchase decision-making capabilities invaluable as it helps analyze historical consumption and stock levels to plan replenishment more accurately. The initial setup was smooth, with user-friendly data integration and excellent training materials that explained everything with proper business examples, making the tool easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StockIQ?

While StockIQ provides strong visibility and planning insights, there are a few areas that could be improved to enhance usability and effectiveness. Data views and navigation can feel complex, especially when drilling down into detailed forecasts or inventory drivers. Simplifying certain screens or providing clear tooltips and guidance would help users interpret the information more quickly. Flexibility of reporting and customization could also be improved, having more options for views and filters. Accessing detailed insights can sometimes require multiple clicks and switching between several screens; fewer menu categories would make it easier to find what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karch Lockerby of StockIQ

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback on StockIQ! We're thrilled to hear that the platform has been beneficial for your demand forecasting, inventory planning, and purchase decisions. We appreciate your insights on areas for improvement, particularly around enhancing user-friendly navigation and customization options. Your feedback is invaluable as we strive to continuously enhance the user experience. We will review your suggestions with our team to explore ways to simplify data views, improve navigation, and provide more flexibility in reporting. If you have any further suggestions or encounter any issues, please feel free to reach out to our support team. We're here to assist and ensure you have a seamless experience with StockIQ. Thank you for choosing StockIQ for your planning needs!

"Highly Effective for Demand Planning, Needs Better Algorithm Clarity"
4.5/5
What do you like best about StockIQ?

I find the forecast manager of StockIQ very easy to work with, especially for making model adjustments without having to use manual buckets, which streamlines the process. I also like that the algorithms are straightforward to alter and generally follow expected patterns. Even when they deviate, the Rolling Average algorithm is easy to use without losing the forecasting background that I've come to expect with StockIQ. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StockIQ?

I would like to see the 'tournament' algorithm better explained. That was pushed on us to use in 2025, but then early in 2026 we were told that was still in testing phase. I have discovered if you have a sporadic item that you often don't sell for months at a time, once it hits 3 months of no sales, tournament automatically picks rolling average 3 and sets the forecast to 0, even when this is an item you regularly sell once every 4 to 8 months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karch Lockerby of StockIQ

Thank you Jake for sharing your positive experience with StockIQ's forecast manager and algorithms. We understand your concerns about the 'tournament' algorithm and your input has already been passed along to the team.
