**What do you like best about StockCharts?**

Ease of use, simplicity of site, and relatively clean data. Pricing is also very reasonable. Overall I'm pretty happy with their service given the price point and my usage requirements.

**What do you dislike about StockCharts?**

Some of the aggregation metrics aren't "finalized" until the next day, so if you're looking to make investment decisions based on a given day's data point, you could end up making a decision based on incomplete data. I reached out to the support staff to understand what other metrics were like they, but they never responded.

**What problems is StockCharts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gives people an easy way to access clean financial market data.

the RRG graph is a unique feature which can be viewed for each stock and indexes

**What do you dislike about StockCharts?**

it needs to have customised technical indicators which is big miss

technical analysis of various sectors and stocks

**What do you like best about StockCharts?**

It gives users who are not able to get good technical analysis tools through their broker. Has a lot of different indicators as well as education to help investors. 

**What do you dislike about StockCharts?**

Cost. since most firms out there give you the same tools and research at no cost based on relationship.

**What problems is StockCharts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The education aspect of stockcharts help me to understand different technical indicators and examples to help me educate clients.
