Stock ImageIQ is a smart keywording tool for stock photo and video contributors and agencies. It writes a title, description and keyword set for every file and exports CSV in the format Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, iStock and Getty Images ask for. Near-identical frames from one shoot usually get the same keywords and end up competing for the same search. Stock ImageIQ gives every frame its own buyer angle instead: you describe the shoot in two lines (what it is about and who is in it), and each file gets its own title and niche keywords while the shared facts stay consistent. Built for professionals who upload from 100 to 10,000 photos and videos a month, and for agencies managing thousands of files across multiple contributors. Features: - Titles, descriptions and keywords in English, strongest keywords first - A different buyer angle for every frame in a series - Age and ethnicity only from your notes, never guessed - Video clips: descriptions of the action across the whole clip - Sort for you (beta): proposes folders by who, what and where before you generate - Edit anything, add context and regenerate; the first regenerate of every file is free - Agency vocabulary and CSV export matched by filename for Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, iStock and Getty Images - Write your notes in any language; the metadata comes out in English Runs in the browser and as a Mac app (macOS 12 or later, Apple Silicon and Intel). The Mac app works on your folder of originals, uploads small previews instead of full-size files, and writes the metadata straight into your JPEG and TIFF photos as IPTC and XMP. Pricing: pay-per-use credits, no subscription. 1 photo = 1 credit, 1 video = 3 credits. New accounts get 50 free credits with no card needed, and credits never expire. Built in Slovenia by Matic Andoljšek, who has written stock metadata for contributors since 2021 (more than 500,000 photos and videos).
