I like being able to add new data to our warehouse from lots of taps but that's what all the similar companies do. The thing I love is Stitch focusing on Signer as a way to create a new standard. If sending data to Stitch was easy, connecting to one of the data warehouses was not so simple. Although you just need to select the destination and follow the instructions I felt they didn't explain properly the configuration step. I had to add the account ID of the destination and there wasn't context on what information needed so after getting a bunch of errors I found out that it was the username I was using on the warehouse I chose.
