Stipulate is a commercial claims evaluation platform that tells B2B companies whether a past-due account is worth pursuing — and exactly why — before they spend a dollar on collections or litigation. Businesses carry invoices they never collect on, not because the money isn't owed, but because nobody ran the numbers in time. Stipulate fills that gap. For each account, it checks the governing statute of limitations, the applicable legal deadline by state, the fee-recovery provision in the agreement, and the debtor classification — and returns a decision: accept, review, or reject, with the controlling citation behind it.
