Stillbook is practice software built for the solo massage therapist — scheduling and charting in one place, at one flat price. One plan, $39/mo, everything included. Unlimited appointments, no SMS meters, no add-on creep, no percentage of your bookings. Your clients never create an account. They book from your link in under 90 seconds, and automated reminders keep them showing up. Deposits and no-show protection are in the base plan, not a paid upsell. Charting is built for massage, not adapted from a medical EHR: SOAP notes in under two minutes, a body diagram, and sign-and-lock. Private by design. HIPAA-ready, with a self-serve BAA on every plan, encryption at rest and in transit, MFA, and audit logging. We never sell or share your clients' data — no ad trackers, ever. Switching is easy in both directions: set up in minutes, and your data is always yours with free full export. Now in early access — free while we build.
