sthan.io is a set of REST APIs for US addresses and IP location, built for developers. One HTTPS call, JSON back. No sales call and no credit card to start. What you can do: • Verify a US address. Send one line of text, even with typos, missing commas or parts out of order. Get back the corrected address, ZIP+4, county and a deliverability status (Confirmed, ConfirmedPrimaryOnly, NotDeliverable or Unknown), so you know before you ship. • Parse an address. Split freeform text into house number, street, unit, city, state and ZIP, with a confidence score from 0 to 1. • Autocomplete. Address, city and ZIP suggestions as a user types, for checkout and signup forms. • Geocode. Turn an address into latitude and longitude, or coordinates into the nearest street address. Each result says how precise it is (rooftop, interpolated, centroid or approximate) and carries a confidence score. • IP geolocation. City, region, country, postal code, coordinates and timezone for any IPv4 or IPv6 address, plus ASN, ISP, organization, and mobile, proxy and hosting flags. • India. PIN code, city and locality autocomplete. Pricing (every price is listed at sthan.io): • Address Verification: 3,000 free a month (up to 100 a day), then from $12 a month for 10,000 • Address Parser: 3,000 free a month (up to 100 a day), then from $8 a month for 10,000 • Address Autocomplete: 10,000 free a month, then from $7 a month for 100,000 • Geocoding, forward and reverse on one plan: 3,000 free a month (up to 100 a day), then from $5 a month for 10,000 • IP Geolocation: 50,000 free a month, then from $4.50 a month for 100,000 • India PIN code autocomplete: 10,000 free a month, then from $2 a month for 50,000 Annual billing costs less than monthly on every plan. Built for developers and AI tools: • API key authentication, JSON responses, an OpenAPI spec and a Postman collection • Code samples in the docs and a live demo on every product page • An MCP server (@sthan/mcp-server on npm) so Claude, Cursor and other MCP clients can call the APIs directly, and a command-line tool (@sthan/cli) Common uses: checking shipping addresses at checkout, cleaning address lists in a CRM, filling signup forms faster, putting customers on a map, and spotting proxy or hosting traffic by IP.
