**What do you like best about Sterling Software?**

I like that it makes things a lot more organized and helps assist peoples need when needed. 

**What do you dislike about Sterling Software?**

It does lose power most of the time, I have tried to update it as much as we can but it is losing a lot of power. It does make me sign in all the time. 

**Recommendations to others considering Sterling Software:**

I would recommend this if it was at its highest moment and hopefully get fixed. 

**What problems is Sterling Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have issues with this issue but it still a good software. I do like it when tracking and issuing needs for people.
