Steno's customer service, quick responses and top of the line communication! The ladies I have dealt with handle everything with class and grace. They never mind helping me and honestly that makes my job so much easier. I can move onto my next task and know they will handle what I have asked them, and in a timely manner.

Another thing that I love most, is turn around time when I need last minute transcripts, and/or Original Sealed transcripts for trial. There isn't one thing I dislike about Steno. One of my attorneys ONCE had a problem logging on the remote link provided and they apologies (not even sure if it was their fault to begin with) and next thing I knew, they are were working on how links went out and how to log on to remote depositions!
