Steno created an easy-to-use platform with one person in mind: the user. They provide all the tools you need to take a smooth deposition. It is easy to organize, share, and annotate exhibits. By providing many user-friendly features, Steno helps you take a deposition that will look great at a mediation or in front of a jury. Their platform is unlike any other. The support staff are extremely reliable and responsive. I've had to cancel depositions last minute, and also schedule them last minute, and Steno has always been able to accommodate our court reporting needs. The software for depositions is also very intuitive and user friendly, which is helpful for both the taking attorney and first-time participants of the deposition. The only downside is, I don't get the invoice right away. Sometimes, we settle a case right after a CME or a deposition and I have to wait for an invoice and by the time I get the invoice to pay, either it's too late or when I'm ready to submit my closing.
