Our firm made the switch to Steno Court Reporting a couple of months ago and I couldn't be more pleased. Steno is easily the best court reporting service I've had experience with in the last 8 years. Of the endless qualities I could say about them, the three that stick out are - ease of use, cost, and customer service. Their attorney portal makes booking easier than ever. It is straightforward, efficient, and user-friendly. All depositions are organized by case, so you can readily access all jobs. Steno's costs are the best I've seen in the Las Vegas valley. They don't tack on excessive fees and are more than reasonable with their charges. Lastly, their customer service is exceptional. The staff is personable and quick to respond to all inquires. Since last year, our office has relied solely on Steno Court Reporting for all deposition needs. We have consistently experienced remarkable professionalism, competence and easy collaboration while working with Team Steno. The deposition transcripts are always accurate and delivered on time regardless of size of the volumes or demand of the parties. The most helpful thing I find iwth using Steno is that they are very timely, respond quickly. The very first I messaged them - they were so helpful and great to work with. They continue to be a pleasure to be able to work with and schedule depositions with. We use them frequently and appreaciate that they send the links to the deposition that same day and then again on the day of the deposition. We really appreacite receiving the link that same day because when we use other court reporting services that do not - we usually run into an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Steno Court Reporting? Nothing. I really appreaciate being able to use Steno and working alongside their great staff. We can scheduled either by email or through the website. They work with us when the witness can only have a super late deposition too. They send the confirmation email and we appreacite that too. I have also had to ask Steno to send over equipment to one of our witnesses, and they did so, which was something we all appreciated as well. Steno makes litigation support services easier than ever. Booking through the website is extremely user friendly and quick, and it's so helpful to have everything in one place on the dashboard. I personally appreciate the pleasant and modern visually aesthics of the website too. Th customer support and response time exceeds expectations, which is especially helpful in an industry with so many last minute scheduling needs. The ONLY feedback I have is when uploading a Deposition Notice to book a job on the website, it automatically sends your booking request if you try to click on the notice. Steno's platform is the most intuitive deposition software I've used in my career. It allows for seamless uploading, presentation, and annotation of exhibits, all done directly in Zoom with the Steno Connect feature. The exhibits are also marked and uploaded for the court reporter to access, getting rid of the old process of having to coordinate with the reporter following the deposition. On top of the great software, Steno's customer service is excellent and very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Steno Court Reporting? The only downside I can think of is that not enough attorneys out there are using Steno, so we still have to deal with court reporting services with clunky and outdated software.
