Steno's customer service, quick responses and top of the line communication! The ladies I have dealt with handle everything with class and grace. They never mind helping me and honestly that makes my job so much easier. I can move onto my next task and know they will handle what I have asked them, and in a timely manner. Another thing that I love most, is turn around time when I need last minute transcripts, and/or Original Sealed transcripts for trial. They jump on my last minute requests and turn around time to get them to my attorneys is the greatest in my 17 years of experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Steno Court Reporting? There isn't one thing I dislike about Steno. One of my attorneys ONCE had a problem logging on the remote link provided and they apologies (not even sure if it was their fault to begin with) and next thing I knew, they are were working on how links went out and how to log on to remote depositions! If you are like me and worry about completing tasks until everything is complete, you should definitely give them a go, Jaimee and Chelsey have the BEST customer service. Instead of having to call multiple places when my depositions need translators, or videographers, even a location close to the deponent, Steno handles it all.
