Steller gives Canadian municipalities approval-speed analytics, cross-city benchmarking, Housing Supply Act and Housing Accelerator Fund reporting, and council-ready reports. Building and planning departments see exactly where applications stall, how they compare to peer cities, and what to report to council and the province. 100% Canadian-hosted. Priced under procurement thresholds, so no RFP is required to start.
