Steer Health makes it convenient to reach them via email; however, it would be nice to have a phone number to reach out to them on the few occasions when a conversation would be faster and more effective to explain a complex request. We have not been able to use Steer Health communications the way we would like, as they do not integrate well with our internal systems. We have a vendor that does not play well with Steer Health and will not release the information necessary to have a fully integrated patient communication and scheduling tool. The communication and effort of the Steer Health team have consistently exceeded our expectations. They have been incredibly professional in their efforts to integrate with our other vendors, even when facing resistance from our EMR during the integration process. As with any add-on service, it would be ideal to have something that meets all of our needs--a one-stop-shop (EMR, billing/coding, DFD, marketing, etc.). However, Steer helped us connect with an EMR with whom they already have an established business relationship, and this transition is enabling us to streamline the integration. Steer Health is our digital healthcare partner that helped our hospitals. Steer Health services have helped us in website management, digital marketing, and social media platform support. It also has specific software programs like having an online Emergency Room reservation system. Their system is very user friendly and has great team for support. Steer has been a great marketing partner. They created our current website and are very responsive to requests to tweak, edit, add elements to the website. They also handle most of our social media postings and blogs, which have improved greatly over the past couple of years.
