**What do you like best about Steer Health?**

The Steer Health team is very responsive to our requests and are available readily.  They take time to understand our organization's needs and use their expertise to offer guidance and recommendations to help us effectively meet our goals.

Steer Health has created a professional and appealing website with a clean design, attractive imagery, and a layout that invites engagement.  Steer keeps our website looking great!

Steer also manages our digital marketing campaigns.  The Steer team provides strategic direction to help us get the best return on investment, and they meet with us monthly to review analytics and refine plans.  We have been very happy with the results.

Steer also manages our social media platforms.  They help to create relevant content and streamline the process for us to post across social media sites and to maintain a positive public presence.

Overall, Steer Health has provided exceptional service for our website management, digital marketing, and social media strategy.  We appreciate the value they bring to our organization.

**What do you dislike about Steer Health?**

Steer Health makes it convenient to reach them via email; however, it would be nice to have a phone number to reach out to them on the few occasions when a conversation would be faster and more effective to explain a complex request.  Although they are not easily reachable by phone, Steer is very open to setting up Teams calls/video calls whenever needed.

**What problems is Steer Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to increase our reach to expectant mothers and provide them with access to information about our maternity services.  Rather than rely on our previous method of distributing flyers with our phone number, Steer helped us develop more interactive access on our maternity service webpage.  Expectant parents can now contact us via our website and let us know if they are interested in our hospital tours, welcome sessions, prenatal classes, and other programs.  Steer helped to increase patients' access to our services. 

Steer has done the same for our Trauma and Injury Prevention Program, enabling community members to send in an "interest form" and to sign up for free Stop the Bleed classes and Fall Prevention classes and other programs that support community health and wellness.

**What do you like best about Steer Health?**

I like how Steer Health is easy to work with and that they keep to their commitments, with most requests being turned around in a couple of days. I value all of the services we use and appreciate their quality of work and speed of turnaround. It's nice to have a partner to do quick website updates and provide SEO expertise when questions arise. I think all of my work with Steer Health has gone smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Steer Health?**

We have not been able to use Steer Health communications the way we would like, as they do not integrate well with our internal systems. We have a vendor that does not play well with Steer Health and will not release the information necessary to have a fully integrated patient communication and scheduling tool.

Steer Health provides website updates, SEO expertise, and blog post management. They provide appointment reminders and review requests, which is convenient and has driven up our number of online reviews.

I really appreciate how Steer Health has significantly boosted our patient acquisition and satisfaction. It's impressive how integrating the platform with Athena Health EHR has led to a remarkable increase in patient engagement, attracting a substantial influx of new patients. I also highly value Vishal Singh's partnership; he has been a great partner throughout the process and is a valuable asset to Steer Health. The initial setup was extremely easy, and I would highly recommend them to others. I’m so satisfied that I would rate it a 10+ for recommending to others.

I like the team and the people that I get to work with. They're professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I also appreciate the streamlined process provided by steer notes, as it simplifies soap notes for the doctor and saves her a lot of time. The team's friendliness and responsiveness were key during the challenging setup process.

**What do you dislike about Steer Health?**

Some features are limited (ie. scheduling), but they are consistently working to improve the product and are very open to receiving feedback.

**What problems is Steer Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Steer Health helps us update our website, keep up with marketing trends, and streamlines scheduling. They create ad campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and Google to attract new people. It also streamlines soap notes for the doctor, saving her time.

**What do you like best about Steer Health?**

The communication and effort of the Steer Health team have consistently exceeded our expectations. They have been incredibly professional in their efforts to integrate with our other vendors, even when facing resistance from our EMR during the integration process. They have helped us troubleshoot and identify solutions that best serve us, the individuals we care for, and our bottom line.

**What do you dislike about Steer Health?**

As with any add-on service, it would be ideal to have something that meets all of our needs--a one-stop-shop (EMR, billing/coding, DFD, marketing, etc.). However, Steer helped us connect with an EMR with whom they already have an established business relationship, and this transition is enabling us to streamline the integration.

**What problems is Steer Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, Steer Health has only done our website re-design. We plan to integrate the DFD once we transition to our new EMR. We are looking forward to that integration.

Steer Health is our digital healthcare partner that helped our hospitals. Steer Health services have helped us in website management, digital marketing, and social media platform support. It also has specific software programs like having an online Emergency Room reservation system. Their system is very user friendly and has great team for support. Salah and their helpdesk has been a great and phenomenal in getting the work done in time.

So far there is nothing that I dislike. Phenomenal service.

ER wait times, they have streamlined the process by having an ER reservation system.

What I appreciate is that they are responsive to the customer and take much of the work of managing a website away. When I have changes they have been able to get them done same day.

Downsides, well, the only issue I've had is maybe wanting more metrics/analytics, but they seem to be increasing that capability.

Creating a virtual front door that takes the guess work out of connecting patients to services that best match their needs.

Steer has been a great marketing partner. They created our current website and are very responsive to requests to tweak, edit, add elements to the website. They also handle most of our social media postings and blogs, which have improved greatly over the past couple of years. We've just started using them for paid digital advertising and their team is super knowledgeable.

In the past they weren't always on top of making sure our website was functioning at 100% (broken links, seo/keyword updates). We often have to bring things to their attention, but they're doing much better.

**What do you like best about Steer Health?**

Steer Health is proving to be an engine for improved volume, margins, outcomes and experience for our patients. Steer is our digital healthcare partner, and they have helped our processes in many areas, including pre and post discharge processes, engaging patients with personalized communications, website enhancements and support, reputation management, digital marketing, and growing volume and revenue through innovative programs like an online ER reservation system. Steer’s tools integrate into our system and other tools we use to enhance our processes, all to the benefit of those we serve.

What stands out is the Steer team’s commitment to improve, grow and innovate. Since starting to work with Steer Health, we’ve been able to deliver a more personalized patient experience that continues to improve.

**What do you dislike about Steer Health?**

The team takes on many projects as they constantly innovate and keep up with AI, emerging technology and the needs of patients. This also means they need to grow their team to keep up with the amount of work on their plates and to continue delivering great customer service.

**What problems is Steer Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Delivering excellent care while ensuring staff retention and engagement are fundamental values and goals for our health system. This means we must constantly look for investments that help us optimize workflows and improve the quality of every service we provide.

The Steer Health platform is a valuable asset for our team, including leadership, nursing, support staff, business development and marketing leaders, patient experience teams, physicians and others. Steer helps automates routine tasks like patient communications, patient triage, and Emergency Room Department scheduling, all of which help to simplify the registration and management of patients. It liberates our clinicians from heavy workloads, allowing them to do what they do best... which is to  provide the very best care for patients and families.

Not only is the system easy to use, but you get continous support and great response time for any questions or troubleshooting.

**What do you dislike about Steer Health?**

I think with any new program, the integration process with the EMR or PM system is the most difficult part but SteerHealth made it easier to handle. I recall having to send bi-weekly reports so review links could be sent out but once it was integrated there was no need for me to be involved.

SteerHealth has boosted patient reviews for the practice which has helped us immensely.

The team has been on spot in regards to our department needs. Created workflows for contracting and designed the webpage which makes  navigation easier  and self explanatory for our members. Increased the traffic on our webpage. Great Customer service and when we have any new project, they schedule weekly calls to ensure the completion of project.

When files are uploaded by one team member, another member cant access it which makes the work duplicate.

Steer Health helps my practice to run efficiently and securely. We are able to communicate with the patients much faster and schedule appointments promptly. My staff are very dependent on Steer Health.

Steer Health doesn't offer collecting insurance payments yet. Hopefully soon.
