**What do you like best about Steer?**

Customer communication and notifications is excellent.  Deferred work campaigns and maintenance campaigns have been extremely beneficial as well.

**What do you dislike about Steer?**

Creating and maintaining campaigns is a bit cumbersome for staff members who's primary role is not a CSR.  I'm sure regular use and more training would overcome those issues.  A closer integration with AutoOps that uses a single sign on and web page would also streamline the entire process.

**What problems is Steer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AI integration has been helpful as well as providing customers with a portal for them or us to use to check on their progress. The Opportunity hub is a great but heavily underutilized tool on our part.  The phone integration is also very nice.

**What do you like best about Steer?**

The backdoor to Tekmetrics reaches out for appointment reminders, communication, making sure the customer is ok and satisfied with repairs along with requesting reviews to boost SEO presence. Customer support reaches out regularly to see if I have any questions. They make it easy to use for creating campaigns SMS or Email. It was as simple as toggling the button on Tekmetrics for easy integration. They also have the option to send SMS alerts when a customer contacts VIA MechanicAdvisor to my email so I can respond faster.

**What do you dislike about Steer?**

Sometimes the messages are hard to clear out without individually selecting on each one.

**What problems is Steer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEO assitance. When it comes to Customer relations they do a great job of reaching out to the customer and asking if they are satisfied and if so please leave a review.

The most liked feature in Mechanic advisor is - connecting people seamlessly throughout the repair / car workstation and providing updates on a timely basis on cost and other facts

**What do you dislike about Steer?**

The most unliked feature in Mechanic advisor is -- its not user-friendly with the application and the terms used are not relevant , it should show the progress of car repair and EOD for the work done

Timely Report - like so and so work is done , so much XX cost

the main feature that i liked about mechanic advisor is connecting people to their car/or any other vehicles repair - so that we can get things done by a single app

**What do you dislike about Steer?**

the idea here is great but the user interaction on the app should be simplified ( user friendly) - like what product you want and what is the exact price of it - what will be the labour cost including all tax -

**What do you like best about Steer?**

I love their "Find The Right Mechanic" feature. It allows you to search your local area for mechanic options and provides reviews of the mechanic shops. They also show coupon offers that are near you when you search for mechanic options. They also have the program as a mobile app as well as a website. You can directly interact with your mechanic working on your vehicle through the mobile app sending pictures and getting updates.

**What do you dislike about Steer?**

I dislike how new the app/program is. There is not a plethora of reviews yet, and the mechanics haven't all claimed their shops on the program.

**What problems is Steer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it is putting the necessary information for a customer to find a mechanic they can trust in their hands. I also think they are creating an easier way for the customer and mechanic to communicate back and forth with each other.

**What do you like best about Steer?**

I like how they provide the list and the features to communicate with customers. I have never seen a shop here in the local area that runs through this automation, and it's indeed great to have so much automation with less cost.

**What do you dislike about Steer?**

Nothing as such because its been a shorter time to use it but can tell that there is a room to improve the graphics a bit and maybe increasing the customer directory is good but need to see that it doesn't become a service like yellow pages.

**What problems is Steer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its benefitting overall in every aspect, right from when a customer comes to the delivery of the product and the after-sales service provided by the company. Even the end customers would find it easier to manage their vehicles on time because they have someone to remind them. Usually, most cars lag good maintenance, which can be solved by introducing mechanic advisor.

**What do you like best about Steer?**

Well, the best part of MechanicAdvisor is how it helps us connect and create a network, which helps during difficult times and maintains our vehicle with regular reminders and checks.

**What do you dislike about Steer?**

There are more than 5000 shops & mechanics which are certified. However, choosing from the vast list will be confusing and complicated. Instead, you can have prime certified service providers whom we can pick and opt for the service.

**What problems is Steer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since vehicles travel from one place to another, we can't have a mechanic in our cars all the time. Our car can break down at any time, anywhere. It's beneficial to have a network to connect to during an emergency. Not only that, but it also helps to diagnose and remind the scheduled repair timely.

**What do you like best about Steer?**

It's great being able to utilize this site to find mechanics that are nearby, along with any deals that they have going on. It's always nice to save money by doing a little bit of research ahead of time.

**What do you dislike about Steer?**

The only issue that I seem to have is it can be hard to find a mechanic in small locations. It would be awesome if at least they show up in the search even if they have no deals available.

**What problems is Steer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MechanicAdvisor is filling in to connect shops with potential customers. It also looks like they have great features for the shop that can keep us customers engaged and informed along the way, which is extremely nice.

In repair shop section, EV should be added because of the increased market of EV's

It's so easy to search for solutions and find correct solutions to fix vehicles. You are able to click through and find what is wrong with the vehicle and refine your search easily.

**What do you dislike about Steer?**

If it's a vague issue you may get a lot of search results back and it may not narrow your problem down. You need to be as specific as possible or you won't get the results you want.

We have been needing to find solutions for a 2013 Ford Fusion and using mechanic advisor has allowed us to search for solutions to fix the vehicle accurately and appropriately

Receptive customer service, their Marketing team designs and creates email & direct mailing campaigns that have helped us drive business to our shop. The coustomer retentions and services are very nice.

**What do you dislike about Steer?**

There was an issue with scanning my emails and getting all their customers into their databases. It took some time to get it working. The team should take care of this issue. Everything except this is great.

**What problems is Steer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's easy to use and allows me to SMS my customers, in groups or singly. It also follows up on unsold work with thank yous. It is a great product all around.

Communicating with my customers was always the biggest challenge. As a business owner, I have my hands in every priority and this is something that had traditionally fallen by the wayside.

**What do you dislike about Steer?**

Some of the marketing materials feel a bit "templated" and could be customized a bit more. It's not exactly what I would put together to reach my customers if I had full autonomy.

Consumers today are choosing to communicate with businesses in different ways than ever before and the automotive industry is behind the curve in this respect. MechanicAdvisor addresses that challenge well.

The most helpful thing about this is that it helps diagnose problems and helps the customer know what is going on with their vehicle. I believe being able to message customers in a group or single is the best experience

There are some glitches in the system which can be easily worked out

Being able to benefit the customer with updates to their vehicle, which no one is doing now.

Mechanic advisor is a great platform to connect with your client. It has a listing feature which allows user to choose from a lot of options when it comes to searching for vehicle repairs.

Nothing to dislike as of now. The web and mobile application works well.

Earlier it was tough to find good options when it can to market you vehicle repair services. This platform has made the work more productive and has increased the performance.

As a business owner, I always found communicating with my customers (building customer loyalty) to be the biggest challenge. MechanicAdvisor's easy-to-use features have helped us automate multi-channel marketing campaigns and drive businesses to our shop, thereby improving productivity.

**What do you dislike about Steer?**

UI updates and improvements are greatly appreciated. In our experience, there is nothing specific to dislike about Mechanic Advisor since we haven't encountered any issues so far.

The ease with which promotions/deals are communicated should be timely and effective since customers' needs vary. MechanicAdvisor provides an effective solution to this challenge.

Like the way UI views detailing profiles, vehicles service information along with upcoming service alerts. Liked the scheduling and service rating.
