SteadMatch is remittance matching and cash application software for QuickBooks Online. It helps bookkeeping and accounts receivable teams extract payment details from supported PDFs, spreadsheets, scans and inbound emails, then match incoming customer payments to open invoices. Users can review single- and multi-invoice remittances, inspect source documents, resolve exceptions and record validated payments in QuickBooks Online. Test Mode lets teams rehearse supported workflows without creating QuickBooks payment transactions. Growth and Scale add saved payer aliases and invoice-prefix corrections, bulk review actions and optional automatic posting for eligible matches. Paid Growth includes three users with review assignments and comments; Scale includes unlimited users. Plans start at $149 per month. A card-required 14-day trial includes Growth features for one user, excluding team review, with an allowance of 50 payments and 250 document pages for one QuickBooks company. SteadMatch is built for B2B businesses and bookkeeping teams handling customer remittances, including printing companies and distributors.
