StayPerk is free vacation rental software that brings together what a short-term rental host needs to run their properties, in one place. It is built for independent hosts, co-hosts and property managers who want fewer tools, less admin and more direct income, without paying a monthly subscription. Guest guide and Welcome Book: create a guest guide for each property that guests open by link or QR code on their phone, with no app to install. Add arrival details, Wi-Fi, guest guidelines, local tips and short videos, and print the same content as a Welcome Book. All bookings in one calendar: bring your Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com calendars together, so you can see every stay across every property at a glance. Direct booking page: take bookings on your own page, including one page for all your places, and get paid directly with online payments. Cleaning and turnovers: give cleaners checklists for each property, with time-stamped photo proof when a clean is done. Guest add-ons: offer paid extras to your own guests, such as early check-in, late checkout or a welcome hamper, and get paid without chasing. Bookkeeping and co-hosts: keep simple records of income and costs, and share access with co-hosts and helpers. Pricing: StayPerk is free to use, with no subscription and no limit on properties. We only charge when you get paid through StayPerk: a 10% commission on add-ons your guests buy, and 1% plus card processing on direct bookings paid through your booking page.
