Digital guest manuals for short-term rentals. Guests scan one QR code and get every answer on their own phone, in their own language. No app, no login. Free for one property. Short-term rental hosts answer the same questions every stay. Where is the Wi-Fi, how do I get in, what time is checkout, where do I park. staymanual ends that. You write one guide per property and print one QR code. The guest scans it and the manual opens on their own phone, in their own language, with no app to download and nothing to log into. Update the guide any time; the QR code never changes, only what is behind it. It also prints as a tidy PDF booklet to leave in the property. What is included - Login-free guest access by QR code or link - Automatic translation into 12 languages for the guest - Print-ready QR codes and a print-ready PDF of the whole manual - Time-aware contacts (a different number by time of day or day of the week) - Digital guest book with host-approved notes - Live announcement banner and an optional PIN lock - Guest insights: see which sections guests read and find helpful Free for one property with every feature included, no card on file. Paid plans start at $15 a month for two to five properties. No per-property pricing, no per-guest fees, no cut of bookings. Works with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, direct bookings and all short-term rental platforms. Try a live demo: https://staymanual.app/demos
