StayHive is direct-booking software for Australian holiday rental hosts. Hosts get a bookable Property Page and shareable Booking Links so returning guests, friends, and family can pay them directly - no commission fees. Paste an Airbnb, Stayz, or Vrbo listing URL to import photos, description, amenities, and pricing. Connect those platforms' iCal feeds into one calendar. When a guest pays through StayHive, those dates block on every connected calendar to help prevent double-bookings. Guests pick dates, see the calculated price, and pay with Stripe. Money goes to the host's bank account; StayHive does not hold funds. Hosts manage bookings and occupancy in one dashboard, with automated guest emails around arrival and checkout. Property Pages are built for Google and for AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. Assistants can look up a stay, check dates, and send a checkout link to guests.
