Stayant is property management software for holiday-let owners who run their own properties, from a couple of cottages to a site with a dozen or more lodges, cabins or glamping units. It brings everything you need to run your lets into one system, so you’re not juggling a booking calendar, a website builder, spreadsheets and separate payment tools. Channel manager: two-way sync with Airbnb, Booking.com and other major sites. Bookings come in automatically, and changes to your prices and availability go out to every channel. iCal sync covers the smaller listing sites. Your own booking website: a website builder with property pages, photos, an availability calendar and secure online booking. Direct bookings mean no commission. Flexible pricing: weekday and weekend rates, seasonal pricing, discounts for longer stays, promo codes, and paid extras such as late check-out or welcome hampers. Automated payments: take a deposit at booking, and the balance is charged automatically before arrival. Refunds go back to the guest’s original card. Guest messaging: automatic emails for confirmations, pre-arrival details, payment reminders and check-out, with rules about who gets what. Guest replies show up next to each booking. Guest portal: every guest gets a private link to their booking details, online check-in, payment schedule, invoice and arrival instructions. Invoices and reports: PDF invoices are created automatically, with VAT/sales tax handled. Reports show occupancy, revenue and bookings. Team access: invite staff with the right level of access, and protect accounts with two-factor sign-in. Stayant is built and supported in the UK by Tech Work Solutions Ltd.
