Staxen is AI-driven software for trade contractors that automates estimates, scheduling, invoicing, and payments using three specialized AI tools. Eddie creates priced, itemized estimates from voice or text input, learns from project plans, measures materials from blueprints, and generates material lists. It provides e-signature links for client approval and sends automated follow-ups. Josie handles scheduling, tracks project pipelines, organizes job photos, generates change orders, and sends reminders. Ivy builds invoices from estimates, processes payments via card or ACH, and follows up on unpaid invoices. The software integrates with QuickBooks Online, supports voice commands, learns business-specific pricing, handles multi-state taxes, and works with payment processors like Stripe. Accessible on mobile and desktop, it lets contractors manage operations from the field or office.
