What do you like best about Statusphere?

The helpful team! Their team is always ready to assist me at any moment - they seem invested in our business and truly want the best for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Statusphere?

What I find most challenging is that the content we receive is seldom usable for our needs, since we never get a version without text overlays or added elements. It would be great if we could automatically receive the raw video along with the posted version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Statusphere is best-in-class for influencer and micro-seeding campaigns"
5/5
What do you like best about Statusphere?

Having worked in the beauty industry for 10 years, I've used many influencer platforms, and Statusphere is by far the best. It checks all the boxes other platforms miss, and every feature is well-thought-out. I especially appreciate how the platform streamlines contracting with creators, who after working on 3 + campaigns I can confidently say consistently produce high-quality content. The ability to purchase boosting rights with a single click and the straightforward workflow for campaign creation make our jobs much easier. The campaign timelines and inventory tracker are also incredibly helpful for our team to reference. Beyond the platform itself, the close relationship with our account managers is a huge asset. Their consistent communication, feedback on our campaign briefs, and the mandatory review calls are fantastic for catching errors and optimizing our strategy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Statusphere?

The one feature missing is the ability to download a static PDF of the campaign brief. Our team's workflow requires us to save a shareable PDF of the final brief for easy reference in our shared drive, without needing to log in to the platform. We currently use a Word document as a temporary workaround, but a dedicated "download PDF" feature would be ideal for streamlining our process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Turn key and Great Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Statusphere?

The platform is easy and straightforward to use, making it accessible for our needs. The support team responds promptly and handles each campaign with genuine care. We can quickly activate nano and micro creators for last-minute campaigns as they come up, which is incredibly helpful. Additionally, we are able to manage a high volume of creators and campaigns without the usual logistical headaches that come with such scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Statusphere?

-Not much to dislike! Only minor suggestion is upping the number of Dos + Dont's for content briefs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Statusphere demonstrated the vital role nano & micro influencers play in driving trial and awareness"

What do you like best about Statusphere?

Statusphere has been a true partner, fully invested in the success of our campaign for both us and our client. There were initial challenges convincing our client to invest in the platform, but Statusphere supported us every step of the way with helpful use cases and insights. During our campaigns, they were extremely hands-on—ensuring that, while the content remained authentic UGC, it still aligned with what we typically look for. They also delivered strong metrics at the end of each campaign, meeting our internal KPIs and reinforcing the program’s success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Statusphere?

It’s hard to find drawbacks with Statusphere—they’ve been a great platform and an even better partner. If anything, as their platform continues to evolve with new features, we’ve noticed it doesn’t always pull in everything from the do’s and don’ts section. This has led to occasional creator content misalignment with our briefs, but the team has been highly collaborative in resolving issues quickly and optimizing for future campaigns. "Our brands have had an awesome experience using Statusphere and have recieved great content!"

What do you like best about Statusphere?

What I like best about Statusphere is how easy it is to use and understand. The platform’s design is incredibly user-friendly, allowing me to create briefs, view content, and make edits all in one centralized location. This seamless integration saves time and enhances efficiency. Additionally, I truly appreciate the support from the Statusphere staff—they are consistently helpful, organized, and attentive, which makes the entire experience even better. What do you dislike about Statusphere?

One aspect I would like to see improved is for the created content to appear on the Statusphere site immediately after posting, with the associated statistics updating consistently in real-time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finally, a Tool That Actually Delivers on Its Promise"
5/5
What do you like best about Statusphere?

They deliver - point, blank, period. When we went to Statusphere with a request, it was a lofty one that we didn't think any platform could handle. But they listened, adapted, and helped us blow our results out the water. Their team is always on call for us and we never have to wait to get a response. The platform has been constructed so that it's easy to see when content has gone live and real-time measurement to help us adapt, if needed. Our team uses Statusphere in an always-on capacity, which allows us to test and learn new ways of working - ultimately giving us the ability to seamlessly integrate the platform into our every day strategies. Honestly, I don't know what I would do if we didn't have this easy, efficient, and reliable tool at our fingertips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Statusphere?

There are some integrations that Statusphere is working on to keep up with the steady drumbeat of influencer marketing. As of now, that isn't necessarily a burden to our strategy...simply an enhancement we are looking forward to building into our future campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Game-Changer for Scaling Microinfluencer Content"
5/5
What do you like best about Statusphere?

Statusphere is a total game-changer for scaling microinfluencer content. It saves me over 10 hours each week by eliminating the need to source influencers or spend time going back and forth on deliverables and contracts. I also love that we can whitelist top-performing content and re-enlist influencers who’ve created amazing work in the past. It makes running campaigns so much easier and more impactful. What do you dislike about Statusphere?

The Statusphere dashboard is fantastic and really easy to use. My only wish is for a mobile app version so I could access and manage campaigns on the go without needing my computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform’s clean, intuitive UI made implementation straightforward. Reporting is clear and actionable, with dashboards that make it simple to monitor post volume, engagement, and content usage. Their customer success team is fantastic - responsive, collaborative, and genuinely invested in results. We also appreciate the guaranteed-posts model and the way briefs/usage rights are handled up front, which keeps campaigns moving. Overall, Statusphere has helped us scale UGC reliably while maintaining high content quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While there’s always room to expand features for even greater customization, overall the platform performs exceptionally well and meets our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helped us scale our UGC program!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Statusphere?

It takes the day- to-day of creator management off your plate! They also have an AI model that learns as you rate creator content to recommend creators for your next campaign. Their customer success team is very hands-on and has helped us get campaigns up + running quickly...they even offered a curated deck of insights when the campaign wrapped. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Statusphere?

The only challenge we've had is that we can't approve creator content before it's posted but it hasn't been a huge bother! We'd prefer to partner with creators at mass which sometimes means you cannot review every piece before it's posted. If there was ever an issue- Statusphere does make it easy to reach out to the creator directly to fix the issue ASAP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great service for getting UGC from a variety of micro influencers"

What do you like best about Statusphere?

Easy to use the platform to setup campaigns and keep track of video. Dashboards are intuitive and easy to follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Statusphere?

The targeting was not exactly what I was looking for, but I am also from a very niche brand that has a unique need. However, this did help us break out of niche a bit and expand our addressable market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
