**What do you like best about Statuspal?**

The team's willingness to adopt their platform based on the needs of the business is what separates them from their competition.

**What do you dislike about Statuspal?**

The product is fairly is new, so there is room for the tool to be more robust with more API linkages. 

**What problems is Statuspal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a public status page, and it wasn't worth standing up our own or going to the one from Atlassian or others, their rigid structure is what made us go to Statuspal.
