It is a great way to determine what your colleagues are doing for the day. What do you dislike about Status Hero? It's not so apparent if there were changes from what was planned the day before (I usually add the new stuff in bold and cross out the things I didn't do). It allows me, as a Project Manager, to see what people have on their plates and if they are blocked. It's challenging to get granular with it without feeling overwhelmed with information. The summary dashboard is OK, but my general use is simply a day-to-day evaluation of people's work capacity. Again, I go back to StatusHero to see how folks feel about their workday and their work log in general. Status Hero gives a personal assessment of how the staff is 'feeling.' In my work, I communicate with multiple virtual teams globally (more than 50 people at a time), so having the option to verify how active they are was pretty useful. On paper it sounded great!
