Rostering and workforce Rostering and scheduling with staff availability, qualifications and coverage review, care minutes tracking and 24/7 RN coverage validation for residential services, and workforce compliance covering screening, registrations and training. The Statura Care Worker App for iOS and Android gives frontline staff their roster, GPS-verified clock-in and clock-out, visit notes, observations, medication administration and incident capture, with offline-first sync. SCHADS award interpretation and pay-run preparation Award and enterprise agreement interpretation, including SCHADS Award penalty rates, allowances and leave events, turns approved time into pay runs ready for review. Approved pay runs and reviewed invoices go to Xero; tax, super, STP and payslips stay in your payroll system. Pay runs can also be exported for other payroll providers. Billing and finance Invoicing, payments and fee schedules, service agreements and fee disclosures, AN-ACC classifications and subsidy claim preparation, prudential compliance (RADs) and accommodation for residential providers. Governance and compliance Quality Standards self-assessment, evidence mapping and improvement actions; a continuous improvement register; audit packs and audit trails; responsible persons, complaints, whistleblower disclosures, governance (board and committees), provider registration obligations, Quality Indicators and notifiable data breaches. SIRS incident reporting Statura flags reportable incidents, tracks Priority 1 and Priority 2 deadlines, prepares the notice for your team and records your lodgement reference once you have lodged it.
