"An Intuitive, Performant and Constantly Improving A/B testing Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Statsig?

The platform makes it easy for non-technical users to setup A/B tests, and for our experimentation team to help them every step of the way. Any concerns we raise usually receive a response within 24 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Statsig?

The documentation lags behind current functionality because of the release cycle.

Would be great if these two were kept in sync Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Experimentation and Feature Management with Statsig"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Statsig?

Statsig makes it super easy to test new features and see what's working. You can roll out features to certain users, track how they perform, and get clear results fast. The dashboard is easy to use, and the automatic analysis saves a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Statsig?

Price might be a bit high for smaller teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Statsig is the best"
5/5
What do you like best about Statsig?

Statsig has been a huge help for our engineering team when it comes to running experiments. The interface is intuitive, and once you’re up and running, it’s easy to create new feature gates and A/B tests with minimal overhead. The SDK is flexible and works well with our modern web stack. Their visualization of experiment results is also clear and makes it easy to share insights with product and marketing stakeholders without needing to do extra analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Statsig?

There is a bit of a learning curve during initial setup. Getting the SDK properly wired into our app and understanding the nuances of gate exposure logging took some trial and error. The documentation is good but could benefit from more real-world examples. That said, once it’s configured, the platform has been very reliable and low-maintenance. "Greatly speeds up experimentation setup & analysis"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Statsig?

I use statsig to monitor product experiments almost every day.

- Ease of setting up new experiments

- Ease & speed of analysing experimental results

- Has all the features we need to cover 90% of the experiment setups we wish to run

- Speed of bug reporting, understanding & resolution

- Amazing documentation and further support when asking for it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Statsig?

It can be complex to understand at first. There's a big learning curve upfront, especially for engineers, but once that's done, it becomes a superpower. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great product, easy to use and insightful"
4/5
What do you like best about Statsig?

Very easy to use, set up experiment and features gate is quite straightforward. Dynamic config is also quite feasible for daily operations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Statsig?

It is a little hard to understand its limitation on throughput, e.g. whether we should put it into db or statsig dynamic config. If the dashboard / insight can be more powerful we can save lots to use any tools such as mixpanel Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Review"
2/5
What do you like best about Statsig?

I really don't like much, I think it's very difficult to experiment with this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Statsig?

The table that we get in SQL only brings one impression per user and only when the user reach the screen in the experiment. For me it should bring impressions every time the user ENTERS the app. Also I don't like that the table doesn't load impressions form the same day. In the platform Is difficult to link 2 experiments and assign a proper configuration for both (you can do it with a hold out group but if I have two completely different experiment I cannot put 2 default configs in that). "Super recommended for any PM"
5/5
What do you like best about Statsig?

What's really cool about Statsig, is how flexible it is – you can test in different environments or even run several experiments at once by bucketing users differently. It's also super simple to use and doesn't require any training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Statsig?

Nothing that I currently dislike about the app. An exciting improvement idea would be the integration of AI-powered analysis to automatically surface deeper insights from test results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
