Business users can explore data on their own without the need to send requests to data analysts. Now everyone at your company can build complex reports, drill down to every record, and slice and dice data however they want. - Dashboards. Also, the ease of syncing analytics data into the Statsbot Dashboard. **What do you dislike about Statsbot?** The cost is insane, it is per user cost, so if you have an SMB with 50 employees, you are going to feel the pain. The SQL integration is beyond expensive and there are much better alternatives cost wise. **Recommendations to others considering Statsbot:** If pricing is a concern, this software isn't for you, if pricing is not a concern, then go for it because the product is quality. **What problems is Statsbot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Analytics notifications and scheduling into SLACK for SMB's. ### 2. The good support makes a part of that up, though. **What problems is Statsbot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Statsbot proved to be a very useful tool that allows us to make custom dashboards of our database(s) without having to consult IT. ### 3. The dashboards are easy to set up.
