StatementVerified converts bank and credit card statement PDFs into clean, reconciled transactions ready for accounting. Upload a statement PDF — or a whole batch — and get identical, bookkeeper-ready columns (Date, Description, Amount, Debit, Credit, Balance) exported as Excel, CSV, QuickBooks (CSV and .qbo), Xero CSV, OFX, or PDF. Every conversion is checked against the statement's own opening, closing, and running balances. If the numbers do not tie out, the conversion is flagged before it reaches your books. Second Look goes further, comparing each conversion against earlier statements for the same account to catch duplicates, overlaps, gaps, and unusual amounts. Transactions are categorized automatically using your own rules, so common expense types land in the right category and anything unrecognized is clearly marked Uncategorized instead of guessed. Scanned and image-only statements are read with OCR at no extra charge and marked as OCR-extracted. Privacy is built in: uploaded files and generated exports are automatically deleted within 15 minutes. Nothing is kept, shared, or used to train models. StatementVerified is built for bookkeepers, accountants, and small business owners who need statement data they can trust without retyping it. Your first statement is free — the whole statement, every format, no card required — with a free account. Paid plans run from $30 a month (Starter, 400 pages per month) to $60 (Professional, 1,000 pages per month) and $99 (Business, 4,000 pages per month), with yearly billing at roughly half the monthly rate. Batch upload is a plan feature; the reconciliation check, Second Look, OCR, and every export format are included on all of them.
