StashStock is a cannabis compliance and operations technology platform designed to make Metrc easier, faster, and more useful for licensed cannabis businesses. Founded in 2015, StashStock helps cultivators, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers connect the physical work happening inside their facilities with the digital compliance records required by Metrc. As an Official Metrc Recommended RFID Integrator, StashStock combines hardware, software, automation, reporting, and AI into one connected ecosystem. At the core of StashStock is a simple goal: reduce manual work, improve inventory accuracy, and give operators better visibility into their business. Tools like CannaScanner provide fast RFID inventory tracking and auditing, while CannaScale and CannaLabel streamline weighing, harvest, package, and cannabis labeling workflows. StashStock also supports Metrc Retail ID, helping operators manage evolving retail traceability requirements. Through the StashStock Portal, users can manage everyday Metrc workflows, inventory, plants, packages, transfers, reporting, and operational data from a more efficient interface. Rather than replacing an operator’s entire technology stack, StashStock is built to complement existing ERP, POS, and seed-to-sale systems while improving the accuracy and efficiency of the compliance data that powers them. StashStock is also expanding how cannabis operators interact with their data through AI-powered tools and MCP connectivity, allowing users to ask natural-language questions and access business and compliance information in new, more intuitive ways. Ultimately, StashStock helps cannabis businesses simplify Metrc compliance, RFID inventory management, seed-to-sale tracking, cannabis reporting, labeling, and operational workflows—so teams spend less time on manual compliance tasks and more time running the business.
