Stash is inventory management software built for Square POS users and other growing businesses that want their inventory to stay connected to sales automatically. Designed for retail stores, coffee shops, food and beverage businesses, and multi-location operators, Stash gives teams one place to manage stock, purchasing, forecasting, and inventory across every location. For businesses using Square POS, Stash connects inventory activity with sales so operators can see what is selling, what is running low, and what needs to be reordered without relying on spreadsheets or manual reconciliation. Stash also integrates with other POS platforms, including SumUp, helping businesses keep inventory synchronized as sales happen. Instead of managing stock through disconnected POS reports, spreadsheets, and manual counts, Stash provides a centralized inventory system with real-time visibility. For multi-location businesses, Stash makes it possible to track inventory by location, transfer stock between stores, compare performance, manage team permissions, and maintain a complete audit history of stock movements. Stash also helps businesses improve purchasing and replenishment. Teams can manage suppliers, create purchase orders, track order history, reconcile deliveries, and make purchasing decisions based on current inventory needs. Its forecasting tools analyze historical sales, inventory usage, and seasonality to help businesses anticipate demand and reduce both stockouts and overstocking. Stash also includes an AI copilot that lets operators ask questions about their inventory in plain English and quickly surface useful insights. Key capabilities include: Square POS inventory integration POS-connected inventory tracking Real-time stock visibility Multi-location inventory management Inventory forecasting Purchase order management Vendor management Stock transfers between locations Inventory movement history and audit trails Team permissions AI-powered inventory insights Desktop, tablet, and mobile access Stash is especially useful for Square merchants that need more advanced inventory management than basic POS stock tracking. It helps growing businesses connect Square and other POS systems with a more complete inventory workflow covering stock visibility, purchasing, forecasting, replenishment, and multi-location operations. Stash is used by growing brands and offers a free trial for businesses that want better inventory control without enterprise complexity.
