Pre-sales onboarding was excellent and the team was very eager to help. What do you dislike about StarTree? Stability/reliability can be an issue and heavy workloads may cause the cluster to go down temporarily. The level of support is also not excellent. StarTree gives us ultra fast dashboards with the capability to ingest from both real-time streaming systems (e.g. Kafka) and batch (Airflow jobs).
