"Reliable Meetings for Patient Consultations and Webinars"
4.5/5
What do you like best about StartMeeting?

For my work I need to take sessions with patients and also conduct webinar sessions for students and team, so having a simple meeting tool is important. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic and also create health education content. What I like best is starting a meeting is very easy, I dont have to do many steps. Patients, students and My team can join without much confusion, so it saves time and things run smoothly.

In my work I take diet consultation and follow up sessions, and also webinar session for students, so I dont use it daily but whenever needed it works fine. Performance is Very Good, audio and video both stay stable and session runs smooth most of time. It feels lightweight on system, so meeting does not lag much. Calendar integration helps me plan sessions and keep follow ups on time.

Features like screen sharing, recording are useful, I can explain diet plan or teaching part clearly and also record session if needed for later use. I did not need customer support much, things are simple to understand. Overall it helps me manage patient consultation, follow ups and webinar session in more organised way and saves time and makes daily work more smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StartMeeting?

for normal meetings it works fine, but options are not very deep, so if someone needs more advanced setup then it may feel limited. Also interface feels little basic, so in starting I had to explore a bit to understand where things are. After using few times it becomes normal, but first time it is not very clear. "High-End Video Conferencing at a Competitive Price"
4.5/5
What do you like best about StartMeeting?

The best thing I like about StartMeeting is the pricing. We get all the high-end features of a big video conferencing platform at a very competitive price. Another great thing is that it supports up to 1,000 participants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StartMeeting?

It still need to do robust marketing because our participants don't feel comfortable using the platform especially for webinars. The video quality needs more polishing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable and User-Friendly, But Needs More Integrations"
3.5/5
What do you like best about StartMeeting?

I like StartMeeting's affordable pricing, which is very competitive for a startup like ours. It's easy to use, with a user-friendly interface that makes it accessible for all team members, both technical and non-technical. The excellent audio quality facilitates good communication, allowing us to hear each other clearly and pass on information effectively. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus. StartMeeting also offers a higher meeting capacity than Zoom for free, which is beneficial as we have many volunteers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StartMeeting?

Integration issues, StartMeeting does not have as many third-party integrations as its competitors, such as workspace communication platforms. It also doesn't give the support needed to integrate with other software like Slack. It lacks some advanced features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Simple, Easy-to-Use Meeting Tool with Room for Modern Improvements"
4/5
What do you like best about StartMeeting?

I really value the platform's overall simplicity, especially how it allows users to join meetings without having to install bulky software. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate, even for those who aren't particularly tech-savvy. I also appreciate the reliability of the audio conference lines and the generally smooth performance of screen-sharing. By concentrating on the core features needed for meetings, the platform maintains a straightforward and efficient experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StartMeeting?

While the platform is functional, it is missing several advanced features that are typically available in more modern conferencing solutions. The user interface appears a bit outdated, and some tools—like collaboration features, third-party integrations, and in-meeting controls—are rather limited. Additionally, I have noticed that the video quality can be inconsistent at times. Overall, the user experience could be greatly improved with a more polished design and better performance across various devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable, User-Friendly Meeting Solution"
4/5
What do you like best about StartMeeting?

I like StartMeeting for its lightweight interface and cost-effective, reliable solution for hosting virtual meetings. The straightforward installation process makes it easy to use, and I appreciate the reliable video and audio quality with fewer drops or noises. The ability for participants to join meetings quickly without complicated installation steps with just a click is very convenient. I also find the screen sharing feature effective for presentations and collaboration, as it allows quick sharing without any lag and lets users seamlessly share content. Another feature I value is the ability to take control of the presenter screen for collaborative work. The integration with Active Directory for account configuration and user onboarding further adds to its appeal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StartMeeting?

Compared to competitors like MS Teams, the features are just basic. The user interface could be modernized and customized better for conferencing. A more modern and intuitive user interface for overall look and feel of the solution. Integration capabilities with calendars, project management reducing manual efforts.
