What do you like best about StartADAM?

StartAdam allows me to communicate in real time where my clients and prospects choose. I am able to capture otherwise potentially overlooked threads in platforms like WhatsApp. StartAdam is a must have tool for growing teams! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is StartADAM solving and how is that benefiting you?

StartAdam allows me the ability to offer my clients a unified communication experience regardless of which internal comms tool they utilize. Some clients are on slack, others on teams, but my top relationships are messaging me all day on text and WhatsApp. By sharing me StartAdam link I'm collecting more data and more accessible to my clients/prospects. "Amazing tool for platform-agnostic communication"

What do you like best about StartADAM?

StartADAM makes it truly easy - seamless, even - to connect users on disparate platforms and create truly transparent, interoperable communications solutions.

I tried literally a dozen other tools - all of which failed at the core task in some way or required a setup process so byzantine as to be impossible - before being pleasantly surprised by how good StartADAM is. I became a paying customer 15 mins later! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StartADAM?

The only downside I have found is that it took me too long wading through the other products that claimed -erroneously - to do the same thing before I found StartADAM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game changer"

What do you like best about StartADAM?

This tool allows me to mask my internal staff from clients to prevent poaching, and it also allows my non technical clients to be integrated into my work ecosystem. Now I don't have to track WhatsApp, Slack, text, etc -- only the platform that I WANT to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StartADAM?

Nothing that I particularly dislike, more I have a ton of new feature recommendations that would make the product even better to fit my specific needs even more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is StartADAM solving and how is that benefiting you?

The business solves communication across mediums. For me, many clients do not know how to use slack and they don't want to pay for slack connect. Now not only do I have a free way to do slack connect, I can integrate them into my slack and they can use whatever medium fits their business. This maximizes both sides efficiencies.
