**What do you like best about START Vendor Risk Management?**

The ability to have a central portal for he assessment team to go about their business while allowing suppliers/business partners their instance to work out of, is great. The UX for all involved is far more excellent than other seasoned competitors.

**What do you dislike about START Vendor Risk Management?**

We would like to see more back end configuration available within the UI, but the team is great to work with and have quick turn arounds for requests we submit.

**What problems is START Vendor Risk Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

START facilitated taking our program from the conceptual phase to full deployment across our enterprise. They are a great partner and continuously hear out suggestions for platform improvements.
