We were tasked with fixing a woocommerce store on our client's website as previous web developers had been unable to help them with their issues with shipping at checkout. Starshipit were confident their software could work and they helped us every step of the way with set up and integration. We were looking for something that was as easy to integrate as a woocommerce plugin but worked better and more consistently and with the support we needed. We wanted something that was intuitive and easy to navigate and this was ticking all the boxes. Customer support throughout was fantastic. The team were helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to reach whenever I needed them and were also there to guide our client on using the software. General Manager 4/16/2026 "User-Friendly with Seamless Integration" 4/5 What do you like best about Starshipit? I like that Starshipit is simple and easy to use. It integrates directly into my WMS, so my team doesn't even see it, as it operates in the background doing everything they need. I appreciate how it takes complexity out of their operations by allowing them to focus on one system while everything is set up and running smoothly in the background. This system is easy to operate because the rules are well implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Starshipit? I don't like how it handles GST and margins. I would rather that it calculate our shipment cost from the carrier, apply our margin at that point, and then apply the GST afterwards or just completely remove the GST portion of the cost calculation. Because of the way Starshipit calculates GST before the margin, my GST cost is incorrect. It's a bit of a frustration point. So that means I've had to remove the automatic processing of charges to my customer, and have a manual process, which is a bit frustrating, but I'm sure we'll find a solution in the future.
