STARselect is recruitment software and an applicant tracking system for recruitment agencies and employers, for any role in any industry, with 25+ years of recruitment experience built in. It drives every step: scoring every applicant against your role description, checking the evidence behind their CVs, candidate pre-screens, tailored STAR interviews and fast, automated reference checks, plus LinkedIn market maps and personalised outreach. Every applicant is scored out of 100 against the role's must-haves and nice-to-haves, with a reason from the CV for each requirement. With the browser extension for Chrome and Edge, right-click an applicant on a job board or in a browser-based ATS and they're scored on the page. The evidence check shows how well a CV or LinkedIn profile backs up what it says: what's specific, what's vague and what doesn't add up, with STAR questions to test the weak claims and the strong ones. Market maps run on your own standard LinkedIn or LinkedIn Recruiter account. Everyone who fits the role is graded A, B or C with the evidence and ranked, in STARselect and in an Excel download. STARselect Check scores a single CV against a role description, from A$2.50 a check, paid once, no subscription. Professional is A$99 a month per person billed yearly, or A$109 billed monthly, before tax. Your first month of Professional is half price: A$50 plus tax.
